Adam was really good and Adam is the guy who owns ASK.

ASK gave me a very competitive quote for a top quality Maytag IQ drive SEER 20 unit. The Owner, Adam Kimpel came by to give me the quote. The installation went smoothly and on schedule. Two men installed the unit and a third also assisted part of the time. An extra air return from the basement was installed at my request at no additional charge. We have had the unit for two months now, and it is functioning well. It effectively removes high humidity by running at a slower pace for longer periods, as needed. We purchased the M1200 IQ Drive system, Model # SA1BG4MVRN24K. It has a 12 year complete replacement warranty on the compressor unit.

They provided me with a time window for the service call and then called me as they were close to let me know they would be here soon. The technician (CJ) was very easy to deal with. He listened as I explained the problem and was very courteous throughout the visit. Fortunately for me, the issue turned out to have a simple solution. CJ had the parts he needed in his vehicle and made the repair quickly. He made sure everything else was working properly before he left. A.S.K. has earned my loyalty. If (and when) I need Heating and A/C service in my home, they will be the only call I make.

We have a home that was recently built that had major issues with the AC Unit. Another vendor had installed the unit for this home and had performed 9 repairs in total. We wanted to get a double check of the system to ensure that all was in working order. I called ASK on a Friday, was immediately lined up for an appointment. They performed a double check of the system and pinpointed what they felt was wrong with the unit. Offered guidance on what we could do to prevent the problem going forward. Extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism. Will be back!

ASK is a great group to work with. Adam and his helper did a super job and we very professional in the work/attitude. They were on time and completed the work in less than the allotted time. They were willing to negotiate their price and the price was at least 30 per cent cheaper than the highest bidder for the work I would definitely use them again.

After receiving unacceptable responses from two other Angie's List Providers, this company was great! The owner came out and gave us an estimate at no charge. He then ordered the parts needed and came out and did repairs on the date we requested. Work looks great and furnace is OK. He was very professional and had the knowledge and experience to do his job and do it right.

Excellent! The specialist and his assistant were prompt, pleasant, efficient, and the price was fair. They installed a new drain system on the condensation collector of my heat pump, which had been leaking. They arrived at the appointed time, were neat with all of the repairs and explained the nature of the problem while they performed the repairs. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them to other potential customers. If I need similar repairs in the future, I definitely will be calling ASK heating and air conditioning.

checked the operationlocated the leak. ran a vacuum pump for 15 hours to save the compressor. manufactured a new part to replace the defective part. replaced the refrigerant. checked the operation.

The Tech showed up on time, identified the issue, and repaired the a/c unit all in under a half an hour. He was polite, professional, and explained everything to me before doing any work to the unit. The price was fair, but there were other places that were less expensive but weren't available to come do the repair that day and we had been having a heat wave and it was over 80 degrees in my house. My a/c has worked excellently ever since, and I have no complaints. It was money well spent. I am sure that someone else could have done it for less, but then I think about that statement you get what you pay for. In this instance, it was prompt service.

Was having trouble with my hvac system. Called several companies with no luck. Called ask hvac and they came out within 4 hours. Diagnosed the problem right away and got me up and running in less than an hour. Very reasonable rates

After calling 3 other places just to have my name on a list. I called ASK and got a response right away. They were at my house an hour after calling. After figuring out what the problem was, Adam the tech showed me what it was and how it was suppose to work. Adam was very helpful and answered questions that made me understand our heatpump/furance a lot better. Parts had to be ordered, once they were in (the next day) Adam arrived, installed and charged us the exact amount he quoted us. I was very comfortable with Adam in our house and around my kids.
