Description of Work: At first, traps were set to catch mice because there were indications there were mice. No mice were ever caught, and there were no indications of mice AFTERwards.

Description of Work: I had birds in my air vents to outside. They removed the birds and cleaned the vents. They did not do a great job on placing the covers over the vents. But did a good job of placing covers on vents my main concern because they did not place the covers properly over the vents would be bees and smaller bugs nesting i the vents. Overall I would rate them good.

+ -1 moreWe have the same guy come out every time. Each time he has been professional and listens to any questions that we may have.
Description of Work: They came out to do there monthly outside spraying and just to check and see if there were any pests seen inside. With the weather being so cold, we were good inside. They then sprayed around the outside of the house.

+ -1 moreThey are great. They come immediately every time I have a problem and get rid of the problem. We had some pests in the roof line and they came and got them all out. I had an unidentified insect in my daughter's bed and they came over right away and made sure what it was and got rid of it. It was all included in the contract service we have with them. They do quarterly treatments and offer organic treatments.
Description of Work: We have a contract with Advanced Pest Control. They give organic treatments once in every two months.

+ -1 moreEXCELLENT, I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH CRITTERS. I HAVE USED THE COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS. SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR THEY ARRIVE AND SPRAY, CHECKING FOR MICE, ANTS, BUGS, ETC.
