Very pleased with the service. Timely and professional company. Arrived at my house on time on the scheduled day. Cost included taking down and hauling away our old gutters, putting up new seamless ones, and adding another downspout on one side of the house. Left our yard looking clean with no left over debris. The new gutters look great and the price was right in line with the original estimate (which was given for free). Owner even called a few days after insulation when there had been some rain to make sure everything was working. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

I chose to use them because they had good reviews and I had known some people who said they were very good. They are professional, they are fast and their pricing is good.

Provider arrived at the time and date agreed upon. Upon arrival three workers started setting up equipment and removing old gutters. Job was done as promised and property was left clean and all trash hauled away. About a week later after a rain we found that one corner was dripping and water was falling on the sidewalk where ii could freeze and cause problems. We called the contractor and he sent workers back out quickly and they tried to fix the leak. The leak proved to be more of a problem than was expected and the contractor had to come back two more times before the weather turned bad and their products wouldn't hold. I called the contractor several more times and he never called back. I later found out he was out of town for a long time. After thinking I would never hear from him again, yesterday morning two of his associates showed up at the house and again worked on the leak. This time I think they got it. In conclusion, even though they ran into a problem they weren't expecting, they didn't give up and returned to our house on four separate occasions even though it was a 40 mile one-way trip for them. I have nothing but high praise for this contractor. Most contractors that I have had dealings with would have given up after one return trip if they would have returned at all. Kudos for Gutter Express!!

I called the offices of Gutter Express, Inc. and left a message. A return call came in quickly and a date was set up for someone to come out to give me an estimate. My contractor had recommended this company and had said the cost should be about $1,000. As it was the owner, Steve Mathess, was the estimator who came out. He was very personable and professional. We spoke about what my husband and I wanted, and he suggested getting the leaf guards as we'd just had a new metal roof put on, and he informed me that the edges were very sharp and whoever would be cleaning out the gutters could slice up their hands. I agreed to the leaf guards, then he proceeded to take his measurements. He then went to his truck, did his figuring and came back with the written and signed estimate which was $2,118. I almost fainted! Double what I was expecting... I had been dealing with my contractor since June and lately very unhappily, and I wanted the whole house remodel done and over with, so I hastily agreed to the contract. I should have gotten more estimates to see if it truly was a fair price or not, but I didn't, so that was my fault. A work date was set up quickly, and the two workmen arrived promptly as promised. Both men were very non-verbal and just went about their work. I tried to ask some questions, but was given short replies - not answers, but replies. My guess is they just wanted to work and get out of there. The workmen kept walking across my new metal roof which I did not appreciate. One workman had his ladder leaned against my brand new fascia that was not to be covered by gutters and dented it. I didn't see it until they were gone. I never called the owner about it because I figured what could he do about it then. The final cost was exactly what the original written estimate was. I have had no leaks at all, and so far everything works fine and they look nice. So all in all, it was a good/not so good experience. Kind of like life. :) Oh, and the only reason I answered I wouldn't use them again was that I would get other estimates first and then go from there.

My one story (plus attic) 1924 bungalow has needed gutters for a while. I had delayed the expense but knew I needed a good gutter system to help control the flow of rainwater and prevent rain damage. When I spoke to Stephen at GUTTER EXPRESS, he said "gutters are all we do." I felt confident I had found the right contractor for the job. My experience matched my expectation. Gutter Express installed a seamless gutter system & leaf guard. Looks great. But I was also surprised by how good my yard looked. I had delayed installation because I envisioned the installation team stomping around in the gardens, damaging plants. Nope. I suspect the installation team took great care to work around the plants. Not easy in my yard. Well done. Similarly ... great clean up. No mess. No debris. Kudos.

It only took 1 hour for the work to be done. They did excellent work but they did not clean up all the mess from the old gutter. They left screws and brackets laying around on the ground.

They were quick and they did the work when they said they were going to do it. When there was a problem with the miter seams they came back and got that taken care of.
