Great experience! They were very professional. Arrived on-time and completed the work in a timely manner. They were professional, courteous and would recommend them for any insulation work. They even did a fantastic job of cleanup when they were done. Work was great and answered all questions I had.

Scheduled work within one week of making decision to have projected completed. Estimate and project lay out was straight forward. Have recommended to others.

We were reluctant after some insulation nightmares we heard. From the time we met Seth the estimator and talked to Chris the owner, Ami the receptionist, until we met Rodney with his crew of professional installers, everything went smoothly. Very professional company. Money well spent. Our furnace is only running around half the time it was.

Ami, Seth and Rodney were professional, personable and dependable. Ami was friendly and quick to get the job rolling. Seth was knowledgeable and took time to explain the work needed. Rodney and his crew worked well together, were clean and very respectful of our living space.

I had several options to pursue in finding a remedy for my hot attic. After meeting with the insulation consultant who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and provided detailed explanations of how to insulate I knew proceeding with the job was the right decision. My attic is noticeably cooler and I highly recommend USA Insulation Tri -State

This job was a messy and difficult one, involving removal of fiberglass batten and chicken wire from, and Installation of foam in, a crawl space no more than a few inches high in places. Seth, the salesman, responded promptly to my inquiry, took time with me during his visit, was honest about his uncertainty about whether the entire floor could be insulated but exhibited a can-do attitude, was reasonable about money, wrote a fair contract, and was open to some negotiation of its terms. Rodney, the lead of the work crew, is a very personable fellow, with the same can-do attitude, who figured out a solution to the problem of partial inaccessibility. He and his crew did a bang-up job, including cleanup of messy old batten from the rocky ground. This is a great company.

The insulation was fast. They did a good job cleaning up. They quickly resolved a problem that occurred. The sales man Seth was super nice and took time to answer my questions. Ami from the office was very good at communicating with me throughout the process.

We were very satisfied.

Great people to work with all around. From the estimator, to the scheduler, to the crew that did the work, everyone was professional, polite, and genuinely interested in doing a good job to meet our expectations.

The only thing that made me give them a 4.0 is the service rep did not let us know, when he did the inspection, that there was debris underneath where they needed to lay the cover. Unfortunately, the team that came out could not lay the cover under the main part of the house. Now we will have to reschedule. Everyone was really nice, even the sales rep. Just would like to have been informed that there was debris that needed to be moved so the job could be completed.
