Tripp's Floor Sanding

I can't believe these guys are still in business!! 5 days and still trying to schedule an appointment - left message on website - next day left phone message (no one answers) - 3rd day left phone message again and asked "if still in business..".. Someone called next day who said someone else would call - who then said someone else would call (still have not scheduled appointment!!).. Suggest you call Jordans - they had me all set up in 3 minutes..

I highly recommend this company. Tripp came out to measure, and I then went in to select flooring. They have lots of options to choose from, and I changed my mind a few times about what I wanted. They accommodated about 3 or so visits for me to look at my options and make a selection. They were patient with my indecisiveness. Once I made a selection, they provided a quote, and scheduled an installation date. They showed up on the date we agreed upon and completed removal and installation in two days. The work is exceptional, and my floors are beautiful. I am very happy and will use them on future projects. Very professional and reliable.

Very happy with the flooring. Only problem was putting the refrigerator back into position; one of the wheels was broken by one of the workers. Called Tripp Tobin and explained to him and he said to get it repaired and he would take care of the bill. They were very good about cleaning up after the 2-day job was done.

They were phenomenal! They did such a good job. Small family business and the workers were so nice. I was comfortable leaving them in my house without me being there. They even fixed the door trim for me. They laid all new carpet and vinyl in the upstairs and laundry room. They made sure they cleaned the subflooring even. They cleaned up EVERYTHING. I just painted in the rooms that they did the work in and there isn't any damage, not even a nick. They put in new subflooring in the kids bathroom because the original subfloor was damage from a leak. The estimate was actually higher then the finished product price. This was even a rush job. I picked out what kind of flooring I wanted on Monday and they had everything done by Thursday. I'm just so impressed with them and the quality of work that they did. I would recommend them to anyone!

He did a great job. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Because I am disabled, they brought all the flooring samples out to me.

Tripp and his full staff are top notch. Tripp was very punctual to perform both estimates. The first with the carpet still installed and the second after I removed the carpeting revealing a lot of water and/or pet urine staining. There showroom is a little tricky to find, but I was able to go there and select the stain that we wanted on the floors. We also found out they do just about all type of flooring, not just hardwood. He and his team were also very punctual in the start of the job arriving to start on-time and with a full staff. The initial sanding removed about 90% of the staining on the floors and the dark stain we chose masked the very light off-color remaining. Everyone working the job were professional and attentive to questions or requests from me. I only gave them a "B" on punctuality because they had sever other jobs in work that delayed completion by a day. Fortunately I was able to get them access to the house while I was away. When I returned everything was done and the house was secured as I asked. My wife and I plan to replace the kitchen flooring and will definitely call them to take care of it.

It went very well. They had the right tools and the expertise to do it right.

Bought new log home with hickory hardwood floors. 10 years of sun had discolored them in spots. Tripp refinished them to perfection. He recommended the finish and we are so pleased. Throughout, they were so easy to work with - timely, responsive to our schedule changes, clean and tidy. Definitely recommend.
