Description of Work: Third Day Builders, LLC built a new home for us in 2008. In addition to issues with the HVAC system, I have had to redo or have redone at least 5 major items due to outright improper installation by the builder. I also know of other homeowners who have had to completely replace heating system components installed by Third Day Builders due to inadequate design and installation. Feel free to contact me to discuss Third Day Builders if you ever intend to use them for any construction. We have had to install an access way into the ceiling of the garage to access our Radon vent due to the builder providing no access to it. We have had to hire another contractor to come in and add additional insulation to our bonus room so as to allow the heating system to be able to properly heat and cool the bonus room. Our water heater was improperly sized such that it does not provide enough hot water for the whirlpool tub they installed in our master bath. We are going to have to replace our existing water heater with a larger one in order to be able to use this tub. We are currently having to add spray foam insulation on the decking underneath our front porch which was so thin that it does not properly insulate and resulted in condensation and mold growth. Now I am having to repair our shower pan in the master bedroom due to not being properly installed an may actually have to replace the entire shower. Whatever you do, stay away from these guys or have any home they built thoroughly inspected prior to purchasing. I have spent thousands of dollars going back and fixing their work that never should have had to be fixed this soon due to their corner cutting to save money.
