Description of Work: Our garage door openers were installed improperly by the builder. They were not secured properly to the studs. Over time, on one side, the track pulled out of the wall and the other side getting was loose as well. We called the Garage Door Guy, and he came and took a look, gave us an estimate of $200 to replace and reattach the tracks and install new torsion springs on both sides (the current ones were 5 years old were going to need replaced in 1-2 years anyway). The estimate included all materials (including the lumber, screws, springs) and labor. He called us back the following week, as promised, set up a time to complete the work. He showed up on time for both the estimate and the work. He completed the work quickly and did a great job. They doors are now installed properly and are very solid. He charged exactly what he estimated. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing installation or repair of a garaged door or opener system.

Description of Work: The spring and plastic drive gears for my garage door broke and Tom came out and replaced the plastic gears and parts with quality parts and replaced the spring.
