Description of Work: An electric line was run into a garden for a fountain and lights. Bathroom lights were added, as well as, the main light was moved and replaced. Both jobs went very well. He even found a problem with our air conditioner while under the house and was able to fix that. We are pleased with the outcome of both jobs.

Description of Work: I got a $1000 electric bill Saturday, July 18. I called Pepco Monday morning July 20, and (after waiting on hold for 20 minutes) was told it was my problem. I called multiple electricians, and Mr Talbott called me right back and came to my house the next morning. He was able to determine that there was nothing wrong with my wiring, and guess what? WV has a new law that stipulates that every meter has to be read each month (rather than estimated readings of the meter), and a newly hired meter reader misread my meter.

He got to the location and quickly provided an estimate including emailing my multiple pictures. I am a remote landlord, so that was very helpful to allow me to completely understand the problems and work necessary. We scheduled the work for the next day and he completed the job. I would not hesitate to recommend John Talbot to anyone looking for a high quality, honest electrician.
