+ -1 moreI enjoyed speaking with the representative via phone. Everyone was polite, professional, very quick with a cost estimate and ability to come out for service. No problems with the actual cleaning (and the process was fast too!).
Description of Work: We were moving out of a rental and needed all of the carpets cleaned (one set of stairs, one large bedroom, one study, and a basement with a bedroom) plus one of our area rugs.

+ -1 moreThey did okay. They removed the furniture when needed. They were very attentive to make sure that those that could not be moved were raised up so that when the carpet tried there weren't any kind of stains.
