Description of Work: Outstanding service! Called in morning and came out that afternoon. Fixed problem with heat pump and serviced other one. Listen to the problem, explained the entire process, cost and left old parts. I had explained that another company had come out and for two weeks could not correctly diagnose the problem. Edgars did it in 45 minutes and completed the work the first time. Again, top shelf customer service and performance!

+ -1 moreMr. Edgar was very prompt and very courteous. on first call, I told him my furnace has quit and first thing he asked is if I would be okay until after noon as that was when he would like to come. I told him yes and he asked if I was sure that would be okay. I have used him in the past and he always explains what he is doing and why. He is honest about the costs of the parts and labor and has charged me exactly what he quotes as to the cost. I have seven dogs and that didn't bother him at all. He used covers on his wet shoes so he didn't track in dirt. I would highly recommend Charles Edgar.
Description of Work: replaced relay in furnace and one for a/c. Installed new motor and fan blade on outside a/c unit.
