I had new garage doors and motors installed in less than a week! Paul was very good to work with and explained everything up front. He kept in contact with us while we decided what we wanted and was back out 2 days later for the install. If had had to do it again I wouldn't hesitate on calling him back. Very pleased and the doors look great.

I very happy with the whole process. The initial contact was timely and information provided was clear and concise. We scheduled the appointment within a week of our first conversation. They were unable to meet the initial scheduled time (11:00) but were great at communicating the issue prior to the installation time. They contacted me more than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time to let me know they were running a little behind (30 minutes) and to verify that I would still be available for the installation. Once they arrived the technician was great. The installation took approximately 45 minutes and the technician did an outstanding job going over the features, testing the new unit and working with me to complete the configuration. I would highly recommend Door Serv Pro to anyone looking to have work done on their garage door or garage door opener.

awaiting install - but I know I will be please. Great to work with, friendly and helpful. UPDATE! installed motor for garage door - crew was so nice, polite did a GREAT JOB on the installation. Have also requested and scheduled a GARAGE DOOR SCREEN! I have pets and will give them some fresh air when needed NEVERMIND the great convenience of providing bug screen in the summer! May use as a "screen porch" til I have the actual one completed! Just nice folks who take pride in good customer relations!

Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He explained the process for repairing my garage door and answered any question clearly. My only concern was that I thought the $135 service charge was a little pricey; he completed the job in about 20 minutes.

The technician was a very pleasant, polite young man who was good at his trade. He evaluated the situation and consulted on a better solution to the job at hand. He waorked quickly and completed his work quicker than expected. He also checked and rechecked the door movement and opener response to pressure. I am exceedingly happy with the work.
