The door was dented when it was shipped and we didn't see it until after it was installed. The installer also noticed and immediately notified the company and had a new panel ordered. They just finished installing the new panel and did a great job.

Technician was great. When determined that a new opener was required, I was given only two options - both of which were 3 times the price of a replacement unit. I would have to pay for a second call unless I bought one of their units.

They showed up exactly when they said they would only one day after my door broke! They thoroughly explained the needed repairs and had my door repaired and working in less than an hour. The guys were awesome and the price was reasonable! Would definitely recommend!!!
