The technician diagnosed the problem and then fully explained my options. They were thorough in the work and did a great job in cleaning up after their self. The project couldn't have been easier. I was very pleased with the result.

My spring snapped and Door Serv Pro called me back right away and put me on the schedule for the next day. The Technician arrived early and was courteous and professional. He quickly replaced the spring with 2 springs and explained that is one snaps, at least I will still have a working door. Then he greased the rollers etc. leaving it working smoother and quiet than before and explained that it would help the opener last longer. Overall great service in a pinch. I highly recommend Door Serv Pro!

Everyone we spoke with was extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant. They gave us several options at different price ranges and never pressured us. We will definitely call them when we decide to replace the other garage doors.
