First installation had a problem; upgraded at installer s expense. Very knowledgeable about installment issues; handled himself well and disposition was exceptional. Owner of the company extremely competent and proud of his standard of excellence. Every question and inquiry was handled with respect and humble authority.

I was amazed by the two young men who worked on the garage door. It was obvious they knew exactly what the problem was and I was impressed by their willingness to teach me a few things. They were excellent!

They came out right away, evaluated the problem, had the part the next day, and completed the work the day they got the part. They were efficient and professional. I give them my highest recommendation!

I was called within minutes have submitting my request for help on HomeAdvisor, and there were two polite and professional gentlemen that showed up the next morning to replace my garage door springs. They also noticed a couple rollers that were not working properly (something I had been noticing for the past several months). They fixed both for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with the experience and would hire them again.

I was always taught from childhood to adult hood: When you do a job, do the job right the first time . This is obviously a philosophy that Door Service Pro applies in their garage door servicing company. I live in Maine and the ease with which the company handled my special needs as an out of town owner were amazing. The work and prices were great.

I oils bed. But ps ego have been picked up on Monday and had to call on Thursday to ask about it. They said they had been busy. The came .fruday. Otherwise excellent.

Courteous, fast response. My garage door spring broke and I couldn't raise the heavy door manually. I made a call and explained my situation. The gentleman calmly explained the work including upgrading to a two spring system vs the original one, gave the tech's name, when to expect him and exactly what the costs would be . The Tech arrived promptly , made the needed repairs plus extra maintenance (greasing the chains and rollers and securing the wiring better), he explained what he was doing and why. All work completed in the same day requested. Very pleased with my experience from this company in this age where customer satisfaction isn't always considered a priority. I will be using Door Serv Pro for any garage door needs in the future.

Door Serv Pro technician was prompt courteous and proffesional. He arrived within an hour of my request call. He resolved our door closing issues very quickly and also lubricated our tracks to reduce the noise. After the the completion of the job I received a follow up call from the manager to ensure that I was pleased with the service. I would indeed use this company again.
