From the owner to the technicians who did the work their treatment of the customer was respectful and completely professional. After speaking with Paul, I hired them on the spot to install a garage door opener. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it, and kept me informed with quick text updates. My garage was trickier than most, apparently (it's ancient). Not sure what next-level sorcery he used to get it done, but it got done CORRECTLY, on time, and on budget. So glad I didn't have to spend the weekend on this DIY project. Worth every penny. I'd hire Door Serv Pro again.

Appointment was set for 8:30am, company was there at 8:15am. Saying a lot coming from WVA to Taneytown, MD. They took less than 2 hours to replace the entire double wide door, all the old tracking add new springs and adjustments. They were cleaned up and done by 10:30am.

These guys are top notch. This was my 2nd experience with them, first the spring broke this time my old opener failed. Both times the experience was great, they seem knowledgeable, are prompt, courteous and thorough. The world needs more companies that treat customer service as serious. Highly recommended!
