There on time and did good job

The original installation was done by someone who was in too much of a hurry; I characterized it as done by 'a drunk gorilla.' Their crew came out, assessed the job and found issues that I had overlooked. They completed the job correcting all misalignments and resetting the closing parameters so the door operates quietly as it should. They also added the keypad I requested. Recommend them to anyone with garage door problems.

Our garage door and the opener were about 20 years old. The door was just four pieces of sheet metal, it was noisy and had no insulation. I called Door Service Pro and Paul patiently explained my options in respect to insulation and a quiet opener, so I could make my decision, place the order and make an appointment for the installation right there and then. The installation team arrived two days later at 8 o'clock sharp, removed the old door, installed the new one with the new opener and was done in under two hours. Both gentlemen were very efficient and did an excellent job. This is a company I can only recommend.
