ASI Pools and Spas

It took several calls before I could reach someone. They (BJ) took the information regarding sending someone out to check our spa. After a delay, Scott and I spoke and discussed possible problems. We made an appointment for 3-10-14 @ 9 am. At 8:30 am, on 3-10-14, I called Scott. He informed me he wasn't coming out. He said something about I didn't call the office and make an appointment so he wasn't showing up. He laughed and that was the end of the conversation. I recalled the office. Again, I left 2 messages and no-one responded. A few hours later, after calling the office again, I reached BJ. She said she could not help me because once she gave the message to Scott, it was completely out of her hands, and she didn't know what was going on. I asked her to check into it and see what I was suppose to do since he had refused to show up. She said he was gone for the day, and that she wouldn't be able to reach him. Needless to say, no follow-up phone call, apology or rescheduled appointment.
