Teays Valley service showed up within 2 hours of us calling. The next day they were here on time and Randall and Robbie did a great job at installing our new unit. Would definitely refer these two installers to anyone.

It was more complex that average job on and old system with returns that had to be improved; so it took longer than hoped for. But results are good.

Very professional and friendly service. Had a coupon which helped with the cost.

They take their time to do a complete diagnosis of any new situations. The workers were very friendly.

I would use them again in the future.

The guys that come are very courteous and they always put little boots on their feet and explain things. They are friendly and nice.

The work was done well, until the workman put a dark brown vent on my off-white carpet. Then he used an oversized return air cover, instead of a smaller one that would fit better. I asked if these could be exchanged for more appropriate colored and sized parts. The worker never responded to my request. Also I'd discussed a possible filter system (again to deal with mold formation) with the financial estimator, but after leaving 3 voicemails for him to return my call, he failed to do so. I was disappointed with this lack of professionalism.

Teays Valley Heating & Air Conditioning was very easy to work with. I called and scheduled and appointment and was emailed confirmation of the appointment. I received a call from Jeff before he arrived. The arrival time was well within the scheduled time frame. Jeff was very thorough, told me what he was doing and why. Jeff also pointed out some modifications and improvements. He was not pushy or overbearing. Very pleasurable experience. I like their professionalism so much I signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Couldn't ask for better service.

The service technician was on time and called me about 30 minutes before arriving. It was easy to contact the person that did the scheduling. The service technician, Robert, was polite and knew what he was doing.

They did real well. Their costs are on the high side. However their attention to detail and quality of work was top notch. I liked them for that. It took about 1.5 days to put in the new system. It's worked fine ever since and they do periodic maintenance on the systems - usually 2x a year.

We bought a new HVAC system from Service Experts in Hurricane and found them to be very helpful and professional. They answered my many questions and were very professional and courteous. The installation was done quickly and neatly, and they cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased and would choose them again in the future.

On 7/30/2013 a service tech arrived for service on my air conditioner as it was popping the circuit breaker. He determined that the air tank(?) was the cause and made suggestions for a remedy. He gave me approximate price for repair and explained the different type of units available if I wanted to replace the whole unit. My air conditioner was 8 years old so we decided to replace with a Lennox 14 SEER air conditioner. An appointment was made for a sales rep to come and see what would be required for the job. John Caruthers arrived and checked my system and explained the procedures , time frame for installation and cost. The first open date was 8/2/2013 Friday 0800. The cost was $5,474.00 for removal of old components, installation and service of new one. Tim and Dennis arrived on time Friday the 2nd. They removed the old air conditioner the pad and A coil and old lines. Installed all new parts and equipment , put in Freon and made sure that every thing was working properly. Insured also that all old parts etc. were taken away. Appreciated too that every time they entered the house they put on booties over their shoes. All were courteous and professional. Also John assisted us getting the finances needed which helped since I was having computer problems. I rated a B on price cause I think ALL things can be less. This company has been very reliable over the years in taking care of our HVAC needs. THE END.

These guys were great. We had a crew of four. They arrived on time, provided a neat and professional installation, and then hauled away all associated job debris. Scheduling the work was convenient, and we only paid after the work was completed. There was one minor issue that necessitated a call-back, and I wouldn't comment on it at all except that it illustrates the company's commitment to service. I think the installer was there within a couple to remedy a minor oversight, and the work was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely use this company again.

They did great job! They were incredibly polite, very neat, and never left a mess. They were as clean as a pin.

Way overpriced. Maybe it was the fact that I live in a nice house. Rep 100% competent, but prices were for someone that makes $300,000 a year and doesn't care what they pay for service calls. Just hoping they don't have diff prices for different people, which is what it seemed like. I paid for the service call and called manager about the price for the part and repair and... ordered it online.

When our very old furnace was on its last legs, their technician came in and kept it going for several months, while we got quotes to replace the entire HVAC system. They installed a Bryant furnace, AC and thermostat and made sure it was up and running at the end of the first day. They had to come back to complete a few parts on the AC, but since it's February it was not a problem. They were very courteous and professional, and I felt we got a good value for our investment.

They come out twice a year. They put the system in 12 years ago. I would highly recommend. They're very good, they remind you of appointments by email, they clean up before they leave, they put on slippers so they don't drag anything into the house and they're very professional.

The service report was that everything was good with our 10 year old gas furnace on December 28,2012. Shortly after the serviceman left we had water leaking onto the floor from our gas furnace. Called Expert Service and after 2 other visits, the water leakage would show up as soon as the furnace started heating. It had been noted that the condensation drain was cracked. The work was finalized on February 4th by Service Experts with a new condenstation drain and some plastic pipe replaced and repaired. The work done was somewhat shoddy, but it is not leaking at this date. Some of the delay was because we contacted our home warranty company's people who in 2 weeks were unable to repair the leaking furnace. Once we realized that the first company, Service Experts were the ones that caused the initial problem (when they did their inspection/tune up) this time the condensation drain was replaced. On belhalf of Service Experts: The arrived whithin their scheduled 2 hour time period. All the workers who came to our home (3) were polite and wore booties. The effective repair was done with out any additional payment. Service Experts honored their warranty.

They came out and checked and cleaned the furnace, and changed the filter. They checked it out really good.

Some woman from Teays Valley Heating & Cooling kept calling our house and hanging up. I called to ask her to stop. She began to argue with me, saying that she had the right to keep calling because they had done some work at our house years ago. I told her we do not use them anymore, and to stop calling. She has called and hung up a couple of times since.

They are excellent, and I will use them again in the future if needed.

They come when they are suppose to and are very professional. They give really good advice about what to do to maintain your system. They are available 24 hours for emergencies. They give an accurate time frame of when they will arrive.

They were very friendly and competent. They did a good job.

The overall experience was excellent. The price was good. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this service again.

They come out every three to four months to make sure there is nothing wrong. They give me a 10 % off if there is anything wrong with the heating parts. Their price is real high. I would use them again in the future.
