+ -1 moreAt first they were wonderful, but gradually the service deteriorated. There was a team of three and they were in and out in less than 40 minutes. Dusting stopped happening. The toilets were dirty. The enclosed front porch had not been cleaned in months. Vacuuming was two zigzag swipes over the rugs. At $66 an hour my house should sparkle.
Description of Work: Housecleaning biweekly for 18 months.

+ -1 moreI thought that it went well at first, until I found a lot of dust on top of the kitchen cupboards while moving into the new home. I guess that they didn't clean it because they thought that I wouldn't go there, but it came in quite handy for decoration and storage. Five months later I realized that they left my windows unlocked after they cleaned them.!!!

+ 0 moreDon't use for regular cleaning. Deep cleaning is OK if supervisor is with them...otherwise they are unreliable for regular quality cleaning. Unprofessional help and management. Management doesn't return calls promptly. Would not recommend.
Description of Work: General House Cleaning- Contract did not detail what was included for regular general cleaning only deep cleaning so you don't know what your getting on a regular basis. Requested detailed list of items to be cleaned with regular cleaning...took 3 requests to finally get it. Unreliable quality of work...floors left dirty ... counters not wiped off...sinks dirty.....management never checked work after complaints made when they said they would check behind them. Rude workers would become disgruntled when approached with items not cleaned properly. Cleaning supplies and equipment not working or did not adequately work to clean floors, cabinets, or dusting. Bottom line ...the dollar.... they hurried to leave even when not finished if they were in a time crunch. Would not recommend to others.

+ -1 moreThey do terrible work. After they have cleaned I have gone in behind them and you can't even tell that they were there. I am a real estate agent and have had them clean for some of my customers after they have moved. One time they took a check that was paid in advance from one of my customers and the house did not look like it had even been cleaned. They do not do good work. Pretty much everyone in our local real estate business knows if you need housecleaning it will not be with Teays Maids.

+ -1 moreThey do a reasonable job; they are about in the middle of the pack. They are dependable about coming or they will call and reschedule if the weather is too bad. They do the surfaces that we need clean. We are interested in making sure that their taxes, like federal withholding and workers comp, are paid so we wanted a company that hired people and we paid enough to make sure the taxes were paid appropriately. This is one of the few companies that will guarantee that. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Teays Maids cleans about half of our house. They do a deep clean once a year.
