The team at Absolute Plumbing did an amazing job on our bathroom renovations. They renovated two 1970-era bathrooms in our home. In addition to doing an awesome job, they were extremely thoughtful about cleaning up each day after they completed the day's work, leaving no mess for us to have to deal with. They also were very timely in completing the renovation project(s), made sure we were informed every step of the way, and stayed in constant contact with us during the renovations. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would recommend Absolute Plumbing to anyone. They are a fantastic company!!

It was a big job in a tight space. Frozen, busted pipes under an old house. They did an excellent job! I called them late in the evening and they were there the next morning. weather was terrible, they never slowed down. Honest hardworking people.

Over priced. Bought new part that was not needed. Line still leaking and would not come back to fix the leak. Do not hire him.

Arrived promptly, and did the entire job within a few hours. Crew was polite and cleaned up completely after they finished! Highly recommended

Arrived on time, worked steadily and professionally. Replaced baskets/tailpieces on kitchen sink, cleared clog in bathroom sink, and nearly rebuilt toilet which had rusty bolts on bottom of tank causing a leak. Everything working fine today. Reasonable price for work done. My only plumber from here on in!

The time had come to do some renovation work on our home, so we decided to begin by replacing the 3 toilets. When we purchased them from Home Depot, Paul came highly recommended by several of their staff members. They couldn't have been more right. As a person, Paul was very friendly, courteous, & likeable. As a worker, Paul was professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, & thorough. The work he did was fantastic & it was very reasonably priced. He even took the time to discuss & give an estimate on our next project - one of many more that he will be doing for us in the future.

Very professional workmanship with my home plumbing issues. Showed up at scheduled time and was able to fix my shower clog and leak in less than an hour. Price was very reasonable and would use again for any plumbing issues I might have.

Even took time to pet my dog and talk to her. I highly recommend him and if I find a need in the future I will call him.

I first called Paul Richardson on Thursday 03/21/2018 to get an estimate on clearing and possibly replacing some sewer lines in my house I recently purchased after I noticed that my garage was being flooded by sewage. I spoke with Jennifer who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She called me back later that day to confirm that Paul would be able to come out the next day to be able to fix the problem. I elected to have the camera brought out to get a better idea of what was going on. As Paul will tell you, it really takes the guess work out of issues like this. It was definitely worth it. Come to find out, the line that ran from outside my house to the city sewer had a belly in one area and was collapsed in another. Within a few hours, Paul and his partner had the the old line out and replaced with a new one. Without Paul, I would have had to wait until Monday for other companies I called. Not a ideal situation when you cant shower or run any water without fear of your garage flooding with sewage. Almost a month later, I have had no issues with my plumbing. I will definitely be calling Paul in the near future to take care of some extra jobs around the house.

I can't praise this company enough. I had to arrange to have my father's gas line replaced in February from out-of-state. It was a major job that had to be done quickly because he had no heat. I was apprehensive about hiring someone I had not met to do such an expensive and complicated project: it involved crossing easements for other gas company lines and boring under a paved road. Paul and his crew worked all weekend in the cold and pouring rain to replace the line and restore my father's heat. Despite the rush and the weather conditions, he did not take any shortcuts. He did quality work and marked the line with signage and a tracer. His wife, Jennifer, communicated with me often and worked to help me feel comfortable during the entire process. I won't call anyone but Paul when my father needs a plumbing repair in the future.
