Why not five stars? I don't give five stars to anybody on a single job. So: Straightforward, efficient, very good service. Friday morning we found our basement partially flooded. Called Paul at 10, he was on a job but made it by 5. He confirmed the problem was a bad water, we talked over the options, and he provided an estimate. He picked up a replacement Saturday morning and was on the job by 9:15, I wrote a check for less than the estimate at 11. Checked out the job area, the only sign he had been there was the new heater. I have his card and will call again if I need to.

Very professional and friendly. We had a pretty small job of replacing our kitchen drains but the work was done quickly and without problems.

Had a leak in main water line across yard - Paul gave proposal and option to save money and avoid some digout in the yard. Job done, all well, repair of the dug out area is a little rough. All in all, very well done.

Responded to request within minutes. Was here the next day. Courteous, quality work and cleaned up when done. Will hire this pro again.

Paul came within an hour after I called and reported my problem, he turned off the water and assessed the problem and came back and fixed it just as he said he would. I would definitely recommend him and would call him again if I have an issue .....

Paul is a jewel. We hired him to remodel a bathroom and put new vinyl flooring in our dining room. He found some problems in the course of the work and fixed them beyond what we had hoped. I certainly would recommend him to everyone.,
