Description of Work: I have used them twice but did not write a review the first time. The first the spring broke and the door would not work. They came out the next day and fixed it quickly and the guy was very nice. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Very Happy. The second time was just yesterday. My door had be having trouble rising all the way. some times it would, some times it would rise about a foot and stop. The lady on the phone was very nice and suggested i try a simple fix before I paid them to come out. She was exactly right. Fixed my own problem in 5 minutes for free!!!! She could have sent out a crew and charged me $100 and I wouldn't have known any different. Big thanks to her. If I ever have any garage door problems, this is who I am choosing. No doubts!!!!

Excellent experience from the team from GDO. The young man who came to my house was very professional and experienced. The young man who installed the door was efficient, cordial and did a great job. We love our new garage door!

It was a good experience. This is a family operated business. Three generations. They could be a bit more friendly or what I would call good business manners. I would have to ask all of the questions. They did not provide advice or give information that I think would have been helpful to me without asking. They were good workers and know what they are doing and installations was good. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been for them to have cleaned up as though they had never been in my garage. I had to sweep up their mess after they left.

Description of Work: Garage door opener stopped working. Although this company does not carry and install the brand of my opener, their tech was able to find a way to try a reset on the unit which corrected the problem I was having it.

The technician, Chad, arrived about 3:30. He got right to work and did a lot of work in a very short time. I think he was done in about 20 minutes. He even bent back the dented part I had hit with my car, which was cosmetic and not required of him. He was very efficient and proficient, and nice, too. So, I was more than happy with the service. I would have liked to pay less, of course, but I would imagine it's the going rate or better. From another review, I was expecting $150, so I wasn't really upset with $102. And seeing that I couldn't leave my house until I could get the door down, time is money and that made it worth it. Overall, I'm happy with the job this company did for me and I would do business with them again.
Description of Work: Service was $97, plus tax, for a total of $102. This was an emergency repair. My garage door stopped before it was all the way up and I couldn't see it. So I backed out as usual and hit it with my car. Then it was stuck and wouldn't go down. I tried to fix it myself first, so it was 9am, or close to it, when I called for service. The lady was very nice. She said the technician wouldn't be available until the afternoon and gave me a probable window of noon to 4pm. Seeing that I didn't call until around 9 and they were going to get someone out the same day, I consider that excellent responsiveness.

Description of Work: Two manual lift garage doors installed. Price was higher than expected but I didn't shop around. Time in between deposit and installation was longer than expected. Installation was good quality but the crew left screws laying about that could have easily punctured a tire.

We have used them a couple of times for repairs. They do a great job. They responded to an emergency call because our garage door wouldn't open. They were here within a couple of hours and fixed it in 15 minutes. I think their price was fair.

Garage door would not stay on track system....they came in and worked on the door and initially it worked, however, a few hours later it came apart again. After some discussion with the answering service, they finally put through a call to a supervisor who called and was able to walk me through getting the door to shut. They then returned the next afternoon to again fix the door, which fortunately after the second visit, there were no more problems. Although I am a little miffed at having to miss an extra day of work to get the job completed properly, they did try as best they could to take care of the situation as soon as possible.
Description of Work: Garage door went out of adjustment and would not stay on tracks thereby not allowing the door to close. Adjustments made and parts replaced taking two trips but taking care of the problem.

they did a great job did somethings that i didn't ask them to do at no charge like greased it and adjusted a few things also told me what to look for and what to grease
Description of Work: they came out and i had a few thing wrong with the door going up it was the censer on the door fixed it in no time and also showed me how to reset the door openers

They called the morning they were to install ( exactly on the time I was told they were to call ), we're on site within 30 minutes of their call, went right to work, were very professional, and at the end of installation, showed all of the features of the door and the remote, demonstrating each feature...I was very impressed with there professionalism and courtesy....Would highly recommend them!!!
Description of Work: Remove old garage door and hauled it away, installed new garage door and opener, installed keyless pad on outside of house, program our 2 vehicles remote openers.
