+ -1 moreThe system and installation were fine. However, it is impossible to get them to come back to service the equipment. They don't answer the phone so you have to leave a message with their answering service. I have left dozens of messages over many months and have even written them notes to request service. They don't even bother to call you back. The only thing they do well after the initial installation is bill you monthly for the monitoring service.
Description of Work: Dynamark installed a security system in my home and set it up for monitoring.
