We broker all the negotiations and communications between the client and contractor. We will help you by negotiating the cost of the estimate with the contractors, find the one that best suits you, and deal with the day to day overall project for you!

At C&C Legacy Consulting, we represent you! We broker the negotiations and communications between the clients and contractors. We handle anything from roofing to foundation and everything in between. We will get you three seperate quotes from contractors we use on a continuous basis. We also handle property management as well. We will fill all your properties with tenates, take care of the maintaince, and collect the rent for you!

We are not contractors. However, we have a list of over 60 contracting companies we can use at any given time. They have been screened by us, and we can assure you they are some of the best in their fields.
