Good, no issues. They were initially the company that put the gutters on my house when it was built. I was not here. I was on vacation when they did the work and when I got back they were gone and finished. I don't have any knowledge of what they did while they were here. The gutters are there and they are working. We don't pay attention to the gutters until they don't work. They were a little bit slow to respond at first. It took them a little while to get everything together. I think it was just due to the fact that spring time was busy year for builders. There is probably a lot going on but here in West Virginia there is not a lot of contractors to chose from. It is hard and really hard for anybody to do anything. I never got any estimates. I just simply told them to come and do it. I didn't even ask him how much it is going to cost. I just assumed that he would be fair. I think he was. I think it was a fair price for what I had done. Based on what my impression was on what they should have charged, I think it was very reasonable, very, very much in line. I know they did the job. It was done while I got home and I had an invoice in my mail box. The only person I dealt with was the sales guy over the phone so I didn't deal with anybody here on site.
