They did a good job, but it took much longer than what we were originally told. They seemed like a well run organization!

The man that came out was nice enough but told us we would have an estimate in two days. Had to call back several times to get an estimate. Eventually came to us nearly two months later. Their price was competitive, but we decided not to use them based on the lack of professionalism on giving us an estimate. We assumed the same would happen when it came to getting the actual work done.

Xact Restorations gets an A+++ in my book. They took great pride in their work, showed up in a timely matter, followed out the details of my requests in building mantel and storage area around the fireplace, and cleaned up the area each day. We ran into a snag almost a year after the work was completed and they sent someone out to take care of it the following day, free of charge, which kept us from having to pay an electrician to do the work. They are a "do as they say" kind of company, and I feel 100% confident with the quality of work they perform. When we get ready to do another project, they will be the first company I call.

They are very prideful with their work. Every night, they spent time to clean up each area. When the job was completed, the owner came out to actually inspect the house to confirm it was up to his standards!
