The first move was outstanding. They loaded the furniture up and they handled it with care.

This is the only thing that we had during this move that was unpleasant. This is the second time I have used them, and I used them because we had a good experience with them before. I would be more likely to use them again, but I would have some more understanding upfront, because the guy was supposed to come out and inspect the house and by inspecting the house they would know the size of the van and so forth. They showed up and they had one van and then they had to go get another van. The people that showed up wasn't happy to be there. I'd say that I would use them again, but I'd have some understanding.

Move was extremely smooth. All the movers were very professional and worked unbelievably hard.

My son found the movers and it was WATTS Brothers Moving and Storage. They are very efficient and economical. My son chose them I suppose based on the availability to do the work whenever we needed it.

Watts brothers helped us when we were getting our hardwood floors refinished. They not only provided us with ability to purchase boxes and packing supplies but offered advise on packing as well. We made three different appointments with them and unfortunately had to change a couple times due to unavoidable circumstances , however, watts Brothers accomadated our every need. The first trip out,They rearranged the furniture from 3rd floor to the 2nd floor in order to refinish the 3rd floor hardwood. They came back the following week and moved the furniture back in the appropriate rooms. They also then moved out the 2nd floor furniture into the garage. After the floors were completed, they came back out a third time and moved the furniture from the gargare and back into the 2nd floor. All these moves included boxes of packed items as well. There is NO WAY we could have done all this without the help of Watts Brothers.They made the entire process much less tedious and less stressful. They came well prepared, had all the supplies needed for moving and even had extra boxes for the fragile what-not and framed pictures I hadn't packed. Professional service, punctual, and friendly, They also treated our belongings as if they were their own. We will definitely use them again for any moving task and will refer anyone to them requiring moving services.

I was happy overall. The people I talked to on the phone were very polite and thorough, and they did a good job following up on the appointment and working with the weather and my schedule. The guys that did the work were friendly, polite, and professional--including their appearance. There were a couple of little things that irked me, but that's probably more me being picky than anything else. I plan on actually moving later in the year and they would be my choice based on this experience.

Excellent. If you want quality movers ...Dan & Mike Watts are the movers you need. Their crew chief, Calvin did all the packing in their LARGE panel truck. He and three other movers loaded everything in the truck in a timely fashion and padded everything of importance. Once they arrived at our new home they patiently waited as we placed the headboard in three different locations in the bedroom to see which worked best. Then the workers placed each marked box in the appropiate room. Everyone was courtesy and very professional.What a pleasure this moving experience turned out to be. We learned that Watts Brothers Moving are full service movers meaning they will come to your residence, pack your belongings, transport them to your site, place them in the appropiate room and unpacked your belongings. We plan on moving in a couple of years and they will be the only movers we will consider!

We did the packing and they moved us. Our estimate was $1200at $160/hr for 3 guys. They were very slow and only 2 guys actually moved anything. The third "directed" the truck loading. We asked him to help load some boxes while he was standing around and he said his job was to direct. One guy was heard saying "at jobs like this, you have to pace yourself". Considering that they were pacing themselves with my $160/hour, we let them go before the job was finished. We moved the remainder over a period of days and multiple trips. It still ended up costing us $2200 and damage to our home. The manager that I spoke with over the phone was very nice and apologized but nothing more. It was a bad experience.

They were highly professional. The owner was more than accommodating with the scheduling - especially because I had to reschedule once. The quote was good and they stuck to the quote as best as possible. It ended up being a little more than what was quoted but it was worth it. They spent well over 15 hours on the move. You could tell the crew had worked together because they had it down to an art. The owner came out in WV to make sure everything was going well and called when we got to OH to make sure everything was what I expected. I had forgotten a swing outside the home in WV so I called to see if they could get it. The crew went back to the home and grabbed the swing before coming to OH. They also noticed that the hose was left on so they turned that off for me as well. They were well organized, professional, timely and great to work with.

This company is outstanding. They sent four men who were very courteous and helpful. Anything I needed help with was done without hesitation. They took very good care of our belongings and were so polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to move.

I did the packing myself, and they did the moving, but they do packing as well. I would highly recommend them. I’ve used them before for moving services. They also have a large climate-controlled storage facility, which I’ve used in the past. They do a very good job and are incredibly careful with your belongings. They are also very trustworthy.

There was a long waiting list.We had to wait about three weeks. They called the day before and answered all my questions. They came at the time they said they would and started to work. They took very few breaks. The young men were very polite and worked hard in the heat. I would use them again.

The furniture was to be moved from my house to my son's, a distance of only a few miles, but the furniture was very heavy and difficult to handle. They did the job quickly, efficiently and without damaging any piece. They carried it to the new location and assembled the bed ready for use.

I would recommend Watts Brothers for any moving need you may have. They were on time, professional, enjoyable to be around and took pride on their hard work - believe me, it was hard work! There was nothing that held up their progress. They had all the proper tools for dis-assembly and re-assembly and were ready, willing employees. I have also used them to move a piano from our home last August and again, they were on-time, had the necessary padding and straps and it went like clockwork.
