basement waterproofing
 + -1 morewe had a heating situation after the waterproofing, said he'd hire some of his guys for the job. i paid them for the job but the heating was not fixed. i'm looking at a bill for 1745 dollars even though they did not fix anything. they owe me 1475 dollars that i paid them for the services. After i found out they didn't fix it i hired another outfit to fix 1636 project which eventually fixed the problem. all in all i've spent upwards of 3000 dollars for this job and that is ridiculous. when the new guys came in to fix the problem, they found a dead animal in my pipes. if tri state's guys had found that we wouldn't be here now.
Description of Work: i am a home rental owner, 1832 McVeigh Ave, he went in and waterproofed everything down in the basement

 + -1 moreThey will work very hard! They did not solve our water problem.
Description of Work: While I cannot claim about the work ethic and promptness of service, the problems and cost mounted each day. We were quoted a price and work would begin. The problem would not be fixed. The owner would tell us yet another problem arose. More money!!! We went through this 3 times. The last fix was to add an additional sump pump. However, when the workers left, we realized that they did not even plug it in!!!
