It took a few weeks for a rep to come and estimate the job, but when he arrived he was professional and thorough. He walked the roof, made some inspections, and provided a detailed estimate. The quote was close to 500 more than another estimate, but they came down 300 with the stipulation they preform the work when it suits them. Even though our job was put on hold until they had a break in other work, it was done within the month. Our house is small but they treated us like it was the most important job, and brought a full crew. They worked efficiently, and cleaned up all debris. It was done in one day for the agreed upon price. It looks great, we are glad we used SECURE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.

They started on my roof the week before. On the second day they were unable to work because of the severe weather that came in but they did come by that morning to nail a large tarp over the area they were working to make sure we didn't have any additional problems from the storm. As soon as the weather cleared, they were back and finished my roof within a couple of days. Everyday, before they left, they policed the area around the house for any nails or other materials that may have fallen off the roof. All in all, very professional in everything they did.

Other companies bidding on this project, just took what we were describing...Secure Construction came up with ideas that complemented and improved our initial request..."outside the box" thinking. Throughout the construction process, new ideas were continuously made as the project was underway...some accepted; some rejected...but always looking to make this an exceptional project, not just ordinary. They turned our so-so project into a wonderful maintnance-free porch.The project ran into a few small snags, as any project of this size would. Most were addressed in a reasonable time frame, but some time delay in the finishing touches. No comment from us was too small or "picky"...always respected. We are now enjoying our enclosed porch secure in the knowledge it was well-built by a reputable company.

The overall job was remarkable! The repairs to the deck was outstanding and the deck is much straighter than before. The woodpecker deterrent kit was put up very professionally. The men who did the work were conscientious and cleaned up everything afterwards. I'm very impressed with the overall professionalism and quality of work of Secure Construction. This is the second time utilizing this company and I will not hesitate to contact them for any of my construction/building needs.

The roof of my home had been replaced about 10 years ago by a local company that is no longer in business. Soon after the job was done, shingles started coming off any time the wind blew hard. We had the company back twice to repair them, but then they went out of business. Shingles continued to come off with each thunderstorm, and we had them replaced by handymen. A year ago, I realized that some water damage was occurring and it was likely that the entire roof needed replacing. I began calling roofing companies and asking them to come and give estimates. No one ever came, or if they came by the house, they just kept on driving when they saw the slope of my house. It has a Mansard roof, which is a nearly vertical covering of the second floor, with dormer windows on all sides. Finally, I joined Angie's list and started calling roofers from the top of the list of most recommended companies. Of the three companies I called, only one followed through. That was Secure Construction Company. The estimator came at the exact time that I was told he would be here and spent about 45 minutes on my roof and noting the repairs that were necessary. Then we sat down and he explained what would be done and how much each part would cost. He explained that the severe slope of the roof would require additional nails and therefore more work time. Although the estimate was higher than I had expected, I was comfortable with the fact that the contract was very detailed and provided a ten-year guarantee of workmanship. Today, the crew finished the last touches on the roof and garage and finished cleaning up my property. They put back all the things that they had moved in the yard and used a magnet to catch nails in the driveway and street in front of my house. It looks great. I can't say enough good things about Secure Construction Company. They paid attention to details and seemed to go out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with their work and not inconvenienced any more than necessary. I appreciated the fact that they were conscientious about their work and courteous to me and the neighbors. I would definitely have them back to do any remodeling work that I might need in the future, and I would heartily recommend them to others.

It took about nine weeks for them to start the work because of the work they had already scheduled. Bad weather was coming so they came and did the job in one day. Must have been ten to twelve men here working very hard to get it done before the bad weather came. The work and cleanup was great. .

Workers were prompt, polite and efficient.

Mr. Keller's personnel are very professional and conscientious. They strive to provide the best possible service. They took extra steps to insure that at no time were my in-laws without heat while taking down 3 chimneys. Mr. Keller's personnel even went as far as to carry groceries in for my in-laws when they came back from the store. The crew was more than polite and are a good example of what a work crew should be.

The quality of work was excellent. The team removed the previous siding, installed house wrap, reframed over foam board, installed insulation and new siding. The siding work estimate was 2 weeks. It took the team 6 weeks, but the project ran into some additional work that needed to be completed. It was also during a time when most of the folks in WV had no power due to a derecho. Gutter installation and Gutter Caps took one day and quality was excellent. There was always a supervisor on the project and the owner stopped in from time to time to check on the quality of the work. If you are looking for a company that does what it says and backs it up, this would be one to consider. You may pay more, but they back up what they complete. Have used them for 2 home projects and have been very satisfied both times.

The people were very nice and the work was done well, but there were many unanticipated and sometimes unavoidable delays in progress and communication after the initial estimate and acceptance of the job. There were so many homes damaged by the same storm, they did quite well considering the volume of work that they were juggling. One side of our home is very high off the ground and ended up needing scaffolding to be completed, so that was a delay, but not within their control. We are overall pleased with their work and with the people with whom we interacted. We are still waiting however for the final bill/cost.

They did an excellent job. The roof was installed very good. It was at a great price too. Very professional. Very prompt.

As a result I hired secure construction to fix the roof. His bid was well within the range of what my insurance covered. I was very pleased with the finished product. He also has a wonderful staff.

They assessed the job the day I called then came back within about a week and fixed the shingles. The roof no longer leaks.

The price was way of the charts. I thought I was being conned. I went with another contractor.

I have a two story house with a lot of roof. I hired Secure Construction to replace the gutters, downspouts, roof, and vent fans, and seal the chimney. The workers came at the expected time and completed the work in about seven days total. I was pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. They cleaned up the area well ( I only found two nails inside my garage and a few pieces of roofing lying around) and disposed of the old material. Of course, I can't climb onto the roof to check it out, but from the ground the work appears to be very well done.

This company is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Mr. Keller was patient and courteous and took his time to explain all the services his company would perform and brought catalogs of products for me to make my color selections . The day the work was done they were on time and the men got right to work. I watched for several minutes at different times throughout the day and never once saw any malingering or goofing off. All the men seemed to have their specific jobs and all worked well together The job was completed in one day and looked great. They cleaned up the debris and collected the nails with magnets. This was a concern of mine and I had no idea how they would get all the stray nails. I only found two they missed and that was several months later and could have been washed out of gutters during a hard rain. It has been awhile since this company did the work and while I may have forgotten some of the details like exact dates, I have not forgotten my rewarding experience with this company. I have recommended them to several friends and family members with confidence they will be treated with just as much concern for a job well done. They were not my cheapest estimate but their professionalism was worth what I paid.

Overall I would rate this company as being enthusiastic and motivated with a true desire to perform whatever construction project that a home or buisness owner would need. Excellent communicators.

Everything went as good as one could hope. Not one complaint with this company.

Secure Construction Company under Mr. Eddie Keller is very well-run organization. The employees are one of the most professional, polite and conscientious group of men we have ever had the pleasure to work with. The quote that Mr. Keller gave us on our metal roof and gutter and downspout replacement was very competitive and extremely generous. The work on our home took approximately four days in extraordinarily hot conditions and I never once heard any of the men complain about the heat. Mr. Keller recommended putting ice breaker on the roof and I glad that he did because our house has a uniqueness that make the house a stand out. After the metal roof was installed the air conditioning keeps the house cooler and has increased the value of our home.

Workers did excellent work, were on time. Did a good job of cleaning up job site.

We received an estimate on the siding and agreed to a contract price and estimated start date. The price was VERY reasonable for the amount of work we were having done. The work was completed slightly later than originally anticipated but still within a reasonable amount of time given that this is the prime season for this sort of work to be taking place. We have used this company previously on a home addition project and would certainly use them again in the future! The owner of the company, Mr. Eddie Keller, is very kind, very professional, and very pleasant to work with. The men who were completing the work at our house were cordial and professional as well. We fully intend on using Secure Construction Company again for future projects and have been thoroughly pleased with the experience. The vinyl siding that was installed on our house is exactly what we asked for, and we are very pleased with the results. The quality of the work is excellent!

In the process of selling our home and the buyer's had a home inspection. Over zealous home inspector stated I needed to improve attic ventilation by repairing ridge vents and installing baffles for soffit vents. Secure Construction was called to give option and estimate on project. Showed up on time was very courteous. Had specialized equipment to measure ventilation and to identify problem areas needing improved to increase air flow. He knew exactly what the inspector was looking for and knew how to repair the problem areas. After examination of attic and gutters, we sat down and discussed in detail how he would fix the problem including what he would do and an estimated time frame. Price was high but in the heat of the summer and working in elevated heated temperatures, he stated he needed to make it worth his time. After explanation of services he instructed me on how to repair soffit vents and ended up doing that portion myself. Very professional through out estimate. Would recommend to anyone looking for home repairs.

They started on time, had roof on garage in one day, came back on monday and dyd house roof, finished on tuesday afternoon. Cleaned mess up excellent job!

They arrived on Tuesday and had plenty of people to do the job efficiently. Each person had a job to do and they worked well together. They only removed the shingles that they could replace in a day, thus keeping the integrity of our roof. Before leaving that first day, they cleaned the entire area, swept for nails, cleared out the gutters, etc. They returned the next and were finished completely around noon. The roof looks fantastic and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them, and already have, to our friends and neighbors.
