They were very nice, did a great job and showed up when they were supposed to.

We have used Secure several times, they are always prompt, professional and work is excellent. The came several times for our roof, whenever we needed them. I have friends who also used them to replace their roof and are very happy with their work.

Contractor failed to show up at scheduled time, or even call to cancel. Nothing like racing home from work, and delaying dinner for an hour waiting for a no-show. Guess his time is much more valuable than mine.

Prompt in getting here for estimates and then had to call several times to see when the installation would be. Some phone calls were not returned. The did the gutters in one day, did a good job. I may or may not use them again, depending on what is needed done.

They were quite willing to come out and provide an estimate and there were no troubles with scheduling it. They gave me a ballpark bid while they were there and explained that if we chose to go with them, they would provide a written bid with all of the details. Their price was comparable to others that I had received. They let me know up front that they would have not been able to start the construction for about three months out. They were booked up that far ahead. I ended up going with another contractor because I wanted to have the work started before winter arrived.

They did everything they said they would do. Showed up on time everyday and worked non-stop until end of day. Just took a few days to finish everything. They cleaned up everything after finishing. I worked everyday so I was not at home but when I came home all the mess was cleaned up. They seem very trustworthy and did not rush through anything. I highly recommend.

After the estimate, I called on Wednesday, August 7 th to schedule the work. I was told that they would reach out to me to complete the scheduling request. I have not heard from them since I called.

The job went well, the crew worked very well together, no short cut was taken with the job. They installed new boots and new sheeting when they found bad wood. What impressed me was I have a small porch that needed the roof tore off. I failed to tell them I had used a thin plywood. The nails went through the wood and the ceiling of the porch looked really bad. I phoned Mr. Keller, he said, "No problem how about we just put siding up as a ceiling and cover it up, along with metal on the outside. He had this work done on Saturday and Sunday and he paid for it. The work was so well done that I helped pay for the materials, he would not let me pay for it all. I would have paid for the ceiling to be done, because it looked that good. Ed Keller came back a few days later to inspect the job, and noticed one of the gutters was not hanging right. You could not tell it was off a little. It will be fixed. I would recommend Ed Keller and Secure Construction to do anything at my home. Note: ( Mr. Kellers Mother died that weekend and he still came by to check the job. A professional man and company in all regards.

They never showed up to do the work or called. I called in the middle of week 4. The lady said she would contact dispatch and let them know and they would give me a call to let me know when they would be out. They never called. After about 6 weeks of my front gutter hanging down into my yard, I finally found someone else to do the work.

They didn't get hired to do the work.

Two layers of old shingles had to be removed from our roof and some wood replaced. The roofers did a great job in a timely manner. Clean up was also done very well. The house is three stories in the back, so the siding was quite a job. It was also done well and in a timely manner. This is a very professionally run company. I highly recommend their work.

He was very pleasant and very helpful. I'm actually waiting on them to come and do the job. He gave me an estimate of $3200. He also found several other issues that weren't related to the gutters that he felt needed to be addressed. When he pointed it out, it wasn't something that he was making up. It obviously needed to be addressed. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I think the estimate was very fair. He was very easy to deal with. I didn't feel so pressured to do more work.

It went very smoothly. No up-front money (a good sign), a detailed estimate (complete), a workable schedule and excellent follow through on repairs.

We got them from Angie's List. They were good. They were here when they said they would be here and did the work.

the experience with secure could not have better. they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it... zero complaints and would highly recommend company for roof work.

The company sent a huge crew. They were polite, well mannered workers, and they worked like a well-oiled machine! There was a clean site when they left and none of our landscape plantings and flowers were disturbed. They sent out one of their guys to re-install our satellite TV dish too.

I called early on a Monday morning to schedule an appointment to have the shingle fixed on my two-story home and a perma-boot installed over the vent pipe to prevent future leaks. Luckily they were going to be in my area that afternoon and said they could do the job. My perma-boot I ordered from Home Depot hadn't came in yet, so I told him I'd like to wait until that arrived so everything could be accomplished at once. Mr. Keller informed me that they had the perma-boots in stock at Lowes if I wanted to get one before they came over. I took him up on the offer and headed off to Lowe's, and sure enough, they had them in stock. I called from Lowe's and said I'd be home after 12pm and the lady on the phone said the workers would probably arrive around 1pm. As I was eating, I get a call from the workers and they were done early at the other job site and they were already at my house; it was about 12:30pm. They informed me that UPS had left a package from home depot on my step and asked if it was the perma-boot. I gave them permission to open the package and start on that until I get home. I got home around 12:55 pm and they were already done with the perma-boot. I had some mulch in my van and some extra shingles, they helped me unload the mulch (since the shingles were underneath) and then went to work on the missing shingle. It only took about 15 min for them to finish that and they were done by around 1:30 pm. The shingle repair and perma-boot installation looked great. I was also informed that many of the original shingles were installed incorrectly, or not up to today's standards. Many people in my neighborhood also have had problems with their roofs (shingles falling off, or roofs leaking). All houses in my subdivision were built by the same contractor, but the roofer he subcontracted didn't do so great. I had another reputable roof repairman tell me the same thing when I had a vent pipe leak on my 2" pipe over a year ago. The perma-boot held great and stopped the leak on my 2" vent pipe, that's why I wanted one put on my 3" pipe for preventive maintenance. Only time will tell if they hold, but for now I'm totally satisfied with the work performed. It was fast, courteous service. There were 3 men that came to the house. The man I spoke with was very kind and even commented on the hard work my wife put into her flower garden. It was obvious he took pride in his work as well (which is hard to find these days). The work performed was fairly basic, but I'm not used to climbing around on a two-story steep roof, so it's better to let a professional do it. I was quoted a fair price from Mr. Keller and mailed the payment in to the office. I will definitely call them again for any future work.

I called Secure on a friday and ask about an estimate. They sent Eddie out on Monday morning Eddie spoke to me about several options. He explained the entire process of what would be done . He was super informative. He left me with a quote for the job. I went through several more companies over the next few weeks. Some cheaper and some not. After all was said and done I felt the Secure crew were the most knowledgeable and answered questions and concerns the best. I called Eddie back and told him lets do the job,he came over we went over final details and I signed the contract. A week later a crew came out and measured everything and ordered the metal roof . About a week later the roof was delivered and the next day the crew started. The guys came in around 830 am and went straight to work. They were very efficient and happily answered and explained any questions and concerns I had during the process. Each day at the end of the day they picked up all screws and parts they did not use and put it back out of the way. They finished up after 3 days I paid them after I approved of the work done.I have had many neighbors stop by as they walked or drove by and compliment how good the roof looks. Also with all the rain the last few weeks I can say there are no leaks. Always a plus with a roof you know. I enjoyed them being here and will use them again in the future for other projects I have.

I've used this company before with satisfaction and decided to contact them about a project I needed done before winter. Areas I greatly appreciated were -- Timeliness -- They arrived at the house when they said they would be there for both the estimate and the actual work. The project could not be scheduled for several weeks but they apprised me of approximate dates and gave me enough notice of anticipated start date that helped with my planning. Professional, workmanship and interactions - Those who give the estimates were respectful and seemed to be well informed about the needs of my project. When they found a different paint option from what had been originally discussed, they advised me of their recommendation to make sure it was okay. The workers were punctual and kept me apprised of their progress and when they left they let me know of their approximate return time. The work area was kept neat. After this first winter I am satisfied that the work was well done and I'm still satisfied with the work. I would continue to recommend this company even though their prices may be a little higher than others for the type of outside work I've used them for (roofing, gutters, etc.) based on my experiences.

it went well. They were instantly there for the estimate and did accommodate changes. Arrived when they said they would and were done fast. Did a great job, barely knew they were there!

All workers were very courteous and professional. Work quality was A++++. Despite very poor weather conditions, they were still able to complete this large job in just over a week.One of the foremen even came out and re-positioned our satellite dish that was moved slightly during roofing. He did this in 40 degree temperatures and a heavy rain. I highly recommend this company.

It all went very well. They actually started 2 weeks earlier than was told, but that worked out great. Weather held up construction only a short time. They were very professional and really seemed to want to do the project the way we wanted it done. Good quality material was used for all of the work being done and the area was cleaned up every evening before leaving. I would use this company again and refer them to others. My wife and I really enjoy our new porch and plan to spend a lot of time sitting out there and on our swings. It looks great and a lot of neighbors and friends have told us how much it improved the appearance of our home.

Perfect! Fast and neat. We didn't move any of our outside stuff, they moved it out of the way and did a fantastic job. Looks awesome!

The price they give to me is not the cheapest, but the owner really explained the process and he is knowledgeable for what they are doing to my roof. They bring all the paper work include their business license and insurance at the first visit. After I signed the proposal, they scheduled the job in 5 days and they have 8 people working on my roof for two days, each day before they left, they will clean the nails use a nail magnet, and cleaned all the debris around my house. All the people working for the job is clearly know what they are doing. Very professional through out the project. Would recommend to anyone looking for home repairs.
