Michael Maddox

Michael Maddox is the only realtor/agent I have ever met that I didn't have at least one bad thing to say. Very professional, knowledgeable, NOT pushy at all, and just plain easy to work with. Top notch all the way around! My husband and I have contacted many realtors over the past year in an effort to view houses and building lots that were for sale in the area. We met Michael Maddox at an open house event one Sunday and our first impression of him was great. He was very knowledgeable, yet laid back and not pushy at ALL. He took his time to answer questions about the house during that particular open house although there were other people looking. Not once did we feel rushed or less important than the other people there. As we left my husband went back to get a business card and also to compliment him on his professionalism and attitude. Needless to say we contacted him soon after with some properties we wanted to see. He very promptly made arrangements and was very flexible with our availability. He answered questions over the phone about properties and gave valuable information about others when we were physically viewing them. He definitely knows not only what he is doing, but how to do it in a way that makes you feel confident about having chose him for the job. In the end we found a house that was FSBO and did not require further assistance from Mr. Maddox, but I took the time to e-mail him, tell him we found a place, and let him know how much we appreciated his time and information and that if and when in the future we ever decided to sell or buy again that he would be the one we call!
