+ -1 moreI called yesterday afternoon. They were here at 8:00 AM this morning as they stopped in before going to their ongoing large job. Fixed the problem quickly and will call with estimate of work to prevent future problems. Very positive experience.
Description of Work: Blew out drain line on air conditioner. Told me how I could prevent future water damage due to clogged line.

+ -1 moreThe were very prompt and courteous. Very happy that I didn't have to replace my system at the time. They could have just as easily given us a price to replace our system. They gave us options if the recharge didn't work which was replacement of parts instead of the whole system.
Description of Work: Called to get an estimate for a new system. We were given a couple of options from another company that were not favorable and our decision was to replace the system. We started to get quotes for a new system from several companies and appointment were made. Knights stopped by that day and did some test and told us that we didn't need a new system at this time but it needed recharged with R-410. Arrangements were made and they came back the next morning and recharged our system and it has been working fine ever since.

+ -1 moreI woke to no air conditioning on a hot August day. My house is over 100 years old and the windows do not open so you can imagine the misery. I found Knights on Angies List. I called and Belinda explained that Mr Knight was out of range but she would get the message to him and have him give me a call as soon as he could. Meanwhile, she referred me another company to see if they could get to me sooner. The other company was not able to get to me for a week! I called Knights back and she assured me that Mr Knight would be calling. It wasn't an hour and he was calling. We made arrangements for him to come the next morning. When he got here he was so apologetic that he couldn't get here the day before. He was very quick and super affordable. I had air conditioning with in about 15 minutes! Mr Knight is a wonderful, professional Christian man that runs a Christian owned business. I will use him in the future for all of my heating and air needs!

Description of Work: I had a Outdoor GasPac/AC unit fail. Marty found the problems and fixed them very quickly in the middle of the hottest days of the summer. Since this experience I have used Mary and referred him serveral times. He just does great work and is a very good person.
