Justice Glass and Supply

I placed a call to Justice requesting someone come out to look at several windows/casings we needed replaced. The woman said she'd have someone contact me with a projected date. 20 days later, having received no return call, I called a second time. The man answering apologized repeatedly about the "unacceptable" (his word, not mine) length of time that had passed and assured me they would call me "tomorrow [Friday] or Monday." In 36 minutes it will be Thursday. Next time I will know to ask which "tomorrow".

The pricing was similar to other quotes. The time they could get to me though was not. And their handling of the entire conversation was not professional. They left me feeling as though they were not at all concerned if they did not get my business.

Everything was good. They were done on time. They cleaned up. The work turned out good. Their customer service was really good. They came and gave me an estimate when I called.

Dropped the window off, they were professional, courteous, and helpful. The window was ready on the day they said it would be, and the price was exactly what they had estimated. Based on calls to other glass replacement groups in the area, I got a good deal, and the turnaround time was great. I would definitely use them again.
