They're excellent. They're very good. They come when they say they're going to come. We don't have any past issues and we've been happy with them.

It went well. They seem professional. They knew what they were doing and did a really good thorough check. They were easy to work and responsive. I put in a request to contact me through their website and I never got a response. So I had to follow up with a phone call.

I have never had a problem with them. I have used them for several years now. I have a contract with them and they come once a year and search the house and if there is any problem they let me know. They haven't been here yet this year. I had termites and we didn't even know we had them and they ate the seam off the window on the front of the house. I called Dodson they came out and inspected the house and did the spraying and all that. They come back once a year and check in four to five cleanings and then I am supposed to call them, but we usually don't have problems. They always come once a year. They are very professional, they knock on the door and tell me that they are here and I just go around to the back. They know where the entrance is into the house. They always go there and check and then he goes and changes his clothes and he comes back and tells me what he found, etc. They were very prompt. When I had the problem they came right down. I call several other companies and they were right in line with everyone else.
