CURRY & JOHNSON HEATING & AC

Curry & Johnson came out for my A/C that was freezing up. They put in three pounds of freon and added a dye stick to check for a leak, then left. That came to a total of $420.66. The A/C unit was still not working right and would only blow out hot air. I called another company to check it out and they couldn’t believe what and all was wrong with it. They said any good heating and air person would have noticed what was wrong from the start. The outdoor expansion valve power head line was broken, the indoor bulb not mounted to the internal line, broken, dirty condenser, evaporator drain hose wasn’t connected to the pvc hose going into floor causing it to leak on the front of furnace / floor, and plugged up drier. Curry & Johnson have done prior work to my unit multiple times. Never again.

Just had Curry and Johnson install a new system in the house. It was complex as it replaced 2 systems and required reworking ductwork. The job took longer than estimated but it was extremely well done with minimal disruption. Richard and Michael were very professional. The cost was reasonable and well worth it. I would recommend them highly.

I have not had to use them for a couple of years. They provide a complete courteous service. If you tell them that you do not have any heat or air, they get here as quickly as they can. I did not have heat for about four days because they could not get a part for the air conditioner, but they were more than willing to bring things in to help me heat to get me through it, and it was like New Year's Eve. So, they did it as quickly as possible. They had a crew here. They are polite. They ask the necessary questions so that they know what to bring with them if you need anything special. They are just home people. They are just people from here that live here, and they take care of it. I do not have any worries at all. If I call Curry and Johnson then I know that something is going to be working.

My furnace went out on me, and they brought a new furnace for me. They put it in and it worked for me. It cost me a great deal to run my furnace. Of course, I didn't like spending so much, but my monthly bills came down tremendously. I don't have much comparison to make. When I needed a furnace, they had been working on my 30-year-old furnace over the years, so I went with them. I didn't get a bargain, but they were reasonable. Sometimes, it is hard to get them out when we want them to be.

Came to my house within one day of calling office (worked me in). Came ON TIME and were very helpful and professional. Fixed my hvac instead of insisting that it couldn't be fixed ( as others have done). Were fantastic!
