+ 1 moreThe contractor was not capable of doing the work that was performed. I had to pay another company to come and fix all of the damage done. The contractor was responsible for putting in wood, new drywall, and smoothing out plaster. Drywall wasn't nailed to the walls, drywall on the ceiling wasn't nailed correctly, areas were not smoothed out, corners looked horrible, and so on. I had to pay another company to come and fix all of the damage that was done. I was told it would take two weeks to finish and it took almost three months. He appears to be very professional but his skills do not meet his "qualifications." I would look for another contractor before hiring this company. Also, drywall mud was all over my wood floors and areas were not even cleaned properly. The contractor that I hired to fix the issues said he has never seen anything so bad. I would stay away from this company.
Description of Work: Drywall, replace wood, some framing, and etc.

Description of Work: Replace my ceiling in my kitchen and dinning room plus the blown in insulation in the attic. They painted the ceilings and textured the ceilings to match the rest of the house.

Description of Work: I called him, set up an appointment and he failed to show. He also has never called to say why he failed to show or to offer any reasons. I cannot comment on the quality of his work, as no work was done.

Description of Work: He was supposed to come and look at my attic ceiling. He failed to show for our 5:00 appointment and didn't even call. I guess there is always the possibility that an emergency occured, but it is almost 7:30 and I've not heard from him.

+ 3 moreHe is very nice and very professional. He did a lot of work for me and did not overcharge me at all. He is one of the good guys, and will work hard for you. The new tenants are thrilled with the condition of the house. I trust him enough to give him a key to the house.
Description of Work: I recently had to kick out a family living in one of my rentals and the condition was horrible. I needed renovation and David came to do that. He removed all the trash in the house and took it to the dump. He put in tile, painted all the walls, all the floors, installed smoke detectors, baseboards.
