+ -1 moreThey fixed one problem...but caused another, and now don't seem to want to talk about it, ignoring multiple attempts to reach out via email with follow-up questions. When we had work done on our sewer line, they completely sealed off our basement floor drain. Now there's nowhere for water to go when it gets into the basement, plus there's nowhere for the AC to drain, so in the summer we found ourselves collecting the water in buckets and bringing it upstairs multiple times a day. (Their only response to that was an offer to come take care of the problem--for an additional $1,100. No explanation or clarification.) Also, when the sewer project was happening, they were unpredictable and uncommunicative as to when they would actually be showing up to work, keeping us guessing as opposed to keeping their word. We would alter our schedule for them, and they would leave us hanging. To top it off, they would also leave their fast-food bags and wrappers for us to clean up. Unbelievable. So frustrating. Steer clear, and please spread the word.
