+ -1 moreThe heating element went out on my dishwasher New Year's evening. I went on line to Whirlpool and requested service information. I filled out a form and a short time later I received an e-mail verifying the time and date I requested for service. A and E Factory Service (Sears) called the next day and confirmed the appointment. The men were about half hour late, but jumped right in and got the job done in about an hour. I do think the labor charge was excessive.
Description of Work: Replaced the heating element on my dishwasher.

Description of Work: I was pleased with the service, the tech new what he was doing. But the service call was between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. I had to be there all day and he didn't come until 4:30. Poor management.
