Chad and his crew were prompt. They showed up early in the morning and worked all day even through the 90 degree plus heat and two rain storms a few hours apart! You won’t see guys standing around smoking or chatting and getting little done with this crew!! They all worked together very hard and a job that took all day, like almost 12 hours! They only stopped for a lunch break. Not only hard workers but the cleanup after the job was impeccable! My biggest worry was nails that might be in my lawn and a flat tire on my mower. I went around the house again this morning after they finished up last night and I did NOT FIND EVEN ONE NAIL!! They did a great job and WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

Chad’s team of guys are top notch! My wife and I couldn’t ask for any better of a job. From the beginning to the end everything went so smooth. Chad met with us to go over the procedure and gave us not only the best price but the best warranty out of everyone else I got an estimate from! Their warranty is a 50 yr warranty and it is transferable if you need to move. I’m so glad I did my homework and I will be passing his information on to everyone who is looking for roof repair. It went exceptionally well. They performed the work in a very professional manner, did top quality work, were very quick, cleaned up well. I could not be more satisfied with the work they did. I highly recommend them.

Chad and his crew did an excellent job. He came when promised, discussed what was needed and provided a timely and reasonable estimate. We had some shingles blow off due to heavy winds before signing the contract and Chad sent a crew member to fix the shingles at no cost. He arrived when he said he would, estimated when his crew would start the work and it all went flawlessly. At the time we signed the contract, he said he would exceed our expectations. The work was done when promised and was completed within a little over one day, including replacement gutters. There was a small amount of vinyl siding that was damaged due to previous flashing, and he even replaced that at no charge. He certainly exceeded our expectations and I have recommended Look Family Exteriors to others. Very good experience!

Chad responded fast to our first contact and set up an appointment to come on the next day which was 9/12/18 to give us an estimate. He said he would be to our house between 1 & 2 P.M. when he did not show... I called to see if possibly he was running late..no answer..I left a message..he did not return my call. I then called two more times and waited an additional two hours for him to arrive..he NEVER came nor did he even bother to return my calls! Very inconsiderate and unprofessional would definitely NOT recommend him and will look elsewhere for a reliable contractor. He will not get our business.

It never went. I researched and was strongly going forward to have his company do the work. Contacted them through Angies list and by separate email and they did not respond either time. Would I hire them for another roofing problem, NO

They came the next day and was completed before the afternoon.

They did an excellent job, Chad went above and beyond what he said they would do.

They were a dream to work with. I wish they did more so I could use them again.
