Barry arrived a week earlier than planned and we were thrilled! It was an awful job! They had to remove a huge rock just to get to the damaged area of the main. Fortunately, they were well equipped with a trencher and jack hammer. They completed the job and even sowed grass seed in the yard! They were polite, considerate and we're already planning their next job for us! Do not hesitate to call these gentlemen, every one involved, including Debbie, in the office, were wonderful.

Came on time and did an efficient installation of new hot water heater. All communications were good - by text and in person. The price was right in line (a little better) than the other bid.

Jody and Josh arrived quickly to do a same-day replacement water heater. They did a quick and superb job, and were a pleasure to work with, And the person who helped set it up was very plesant and efficient--she worked hard to make it happen.

Still having issues that were supposed to be resolved. In addition, they left my fence gate open, and since I did not realize I let my dog out and she ran away! Thankfully I found her alive and well 2 streets over!!

Everyone, from the receptionist to the plumbers, was completely professional and friendly. Barry and Cody arrived when they said they would and called beforehand. They removed my old system and put in the new water filter and softener efficiently, cleaning up all of the mess. Then, Barry patiently explained how everything works and answered all of the questions. They did a fabulous job, and I highly recommend them!

Great customer service from the person answering the phone to the gentlemen servicing the water heater. They arrived in the timeframe mentioned in the initial call, and I was notified that they were on the way. They wore shoe covers, quickly took care of the issue at hand, cleaned up after the job was done. Professional, courteous and friendly company!
