This is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. We were selling our home and our buyer's inspector noticed "what he thought was mold" in our basement.Our buyers were naturally upset, and asked for it to be remediated and certified. Bob from applied remediation called me within 10 minutes of my request on home advisor. He showed up 2 days later on time for the appointment we made. I showed him the inspector's report and then we inspected my basement together. He quickly determined that there was no mold present and offered to write a letter on his letterhead stating such. I received the letter the same afternoon. When I asked him what I owed him, he told me nothing. By nothing I mean $0. Who does that? I have never had a better experience with a contractor, and I strongly recommend everyone make Bob your 1st call if you have a mold problem in your home. Thank you Bob! Chuck Hague Voorhees NJ

They came to work on time. Used proper equipment. Went thru the whole crawl space. They did the job they said they would do.

Bob Philipps handled our contract. Bob is a true professional. He was patient while we experienced some financial issues. Then when we got the go ahead to proceed, Bob scheduled and followed everything up. Zack and his crew were very efficient and also very friendly.
