First phone call they told me I could pick it up in two loads. Five minutes later I called back and the manager said he wouldn't do it because he would cost him money. Wow, lost me forever as customer. I used them in Northern Virginia for years and was thrilled when they opened in Harpers Ferry and hoped they would thrived there. Apparently they have so much that they aren't concerned about customer service anymore. I understand he was worried about proper measurement, but they shouldn't have told me they would do it and then change their mind. Bottom line, if you use them, make sure you get it in writing.

The staff were very helpful. And the assortment of ver, and I Do mean VERYwell maintained shrubbage ( I coined That term) and plants, flowers is wonderfully gorgeous! I HIGHLY recommend them to you!

The crew arrived late in the afternoon and worked diligently. However there was too much work to do in daylight so they finished in the dark. The result was that a lot of topsoil was dumped in clumps; and the hay was thrown down in clumps. In addition, my driveway, where they dumped the topsoil, was not washed down since it was dark. So, although I got the work done that I wanted, it required finishing. I called Meadows Farm the next day and complained. A supervisor came out within a few days to inspect the work. A week or so after that, a different crew came out and finished the job properly.It is quite possible if the first crew had not started so late they might have as well. The bottom line is that, after a revisit, Meadows Farms satisied me. They also cracked an irrigation line but it was not marked; and Idon't know how they could have avoided it.

We found them at a local home and garden show. They had a landscape designer come out to our home and we signed a contract shortly thereafter. I would use them again in the future.
