JENKINS TREE SVC

I called twice. One year I had a day and time they'd be by and they were a no show. This year I had called them to do a quote (giving them a second chance) and they never called me back to discuss a day and time.

The prices are high but I think all tree places are high that I have found out. He is right here when you need him.

We had planned to remove several overgrown trees and then a severe storm damaged 3 trees in our yard so the need became more urgent. Jenkins Tree Service did an excellent job. They were professional and careful. About 4 or 5 guys were here for parts of 3 days, having worked us in among many other jobs where their services were needed due to storm damage. They took down 6 trees and ground out the stumps, plus ground out another old stump that we had in our yard. Two of the trees were hardwood and they cut up the parts of those trees that were salvageable so that we can split it for firewood. At the end of each day the team raked the work area and cleaned up the mess. Now that the job is done the only evidence that the trees were ever here are the brown spots where they stood, and the two piles of leftover hardwood. The communication with Mr. Jenkins was pleasant. If we ever need to have trees removed again we definitely would hire this company to do it, and we would recommend them to our friends.

Very well, polite nice people, work done as agreed. Price was lower than others.

High winds and heavy rain took out the top of this very large tree and left behind broken limbs that needed to be removed.

He came out to give us an estimate and scheduled an appointment for the work. He was on time and did exactly what he said he would do. He's very good about letting you know if he'll be running late. The first time we hired him he was a little late and he made sure to call and let us know. Having the stump ground down was an additional charge as he has to bring additional equipment, but he lets you know up front. There were no surprises because he was very thorough in his explanation of prices. Before he takes payment after the work is done he makes sure you are satisfied with the job. I wish there were more people doing business like him.
