 + -1 moreRick was prompt, courteous and friendly. Seemed to know his business, this area, and was well equipped. Very informative on what to watch out for moving forward. Recommended ways to treat the ants in the yard taking into account our kids and dog. Was impressed enough with Rick that I signed up for the 4 times per year preventative treatment.
Description of Work: Started seeing ants showing up in the house. Needed a perimeter treatment and an inside baseboard spray. Also general inspection on any pest issues in the house.

We have recently moved to West Virginia from Nevada so we are not familiar with all the kind of pest and bugs that are local. He was very pleasant and educated us on what to look for. He came out same day to treat for carpenter ants, discussed future options and things to watch for. We ended up signing up for an annual contract for service. Pricing is fair and he's just a great guy.

 + -1 moreRick was very kind, cordial, and prompt, and answered all of our questions. He is incredibly knowledgeable and put our mind at ease. We had him spray inside and outside our house for ants and wasps, and have not seen any more wasps! We did end up having more ants come in after he sprayed, but when we told him we were still having a problem, he came right back and did the treatment again for no charge. Now we are ant-free. We are on a 4x a year treatment plan to prevent further bug infestations.
Description of Work: Assessed our property, sprayed inside and outside for our wasp and ant problem. He also recommended a preventive plan 4x a year.

Description of Work: I needed James, the pest control tech, to check to see if I had mice on my property. He looked around, set bait for the mice to eat and rid my property of them. Fortunately, there were no mice caught, and no evidence of them afterwards. James was very personal and professional. He made 3 visits to mice house to check for mice and follow up.

Description of Work: We have an infestation of cicada killer wasps in a tree near our house. The exterminator, Rick, tried to reach the nest, but it is too high up. It appears, after reading about them on line, that there is nothing that can be done about them. Rick did not charge us bc he didn't kill them. I paid him for his time and efforts.
