Description of Work: Service was to repair floor and rellace a kitchen sink.

Description of Work: Gordon Farmer has been my plumber for many years. Most recently, he upgraded a builder quality kitchen faucet that was leaking. He advised my about a good quality faucet that met my specifications, ordered the faucet for me, and installed it. He is punctual, tidy, and professional. On one occasion, when a hot water heater began spewing water just as I had to leave town, I called Gordon, left a key for him, and came home to find a clean basement, a functioning hot water heater, a securely locked home, and the bill on the kitchen counter. He's always reliable.

Description of Work: All Pro has worked on the plumbing in my house on three occasions. Each time they have performed with skill and professionalism. I have had problems with the main water line to the house twice. The first was a failure in the connection where the line entered the house. All Pro quickly identified the problem and promptly hand dug through four feet of rocky soil on a hot summer day and fixed the problem. The second was a break half way between the street and the house and the whole line had to be replaced. The price quoted above was for that job, it required that a trencher be brought in and new line laid. Again the All Pro guys did the job promptly and skillfully. The only reason I haven't given them "A"s across the board is that after the main water line was replaced there was a big rain and drainage water somehow found its way along the pipe and started to gush through the point where the pipe passes through the foundation. I called All Pro and they were out the next day and fixed the problem at no charge. It was a big hassle but I was happy with their service. I would definitely hire them again.
