Home Paramount Pest Control

I have been using Home Paramount for pest control services at my log home in the mountains of West Virginia for almost five years now. We had problems with mice, batch flies, wasps, carpenter bees and stink bugs. The technicians have all been very nice have done an excellent job. (Except on the carpenter bees which I discovered cannot be controlled with pesticides -- try the traps with a glass jar attached to a wooden block, they work great!). Overall I am very pleased with Home Paramount, their services, their pricing and their personnel. I would highly recommend this particular office.

I have been using their services for six months for interior pest control. I recently also switched to them for termite services from another company who wasn't effective. They matched the same price I was paying with the previous company. Their pest control treatments are even less than the other company as well. So far, they have been very good.

Last summer, I had a HUGE ant problem and had their guys out at my house several times. Luckily, the war was eventually won and I am happy to say that so far this year I have not had any ant issues. Additionally, they identified some molding type issue in my basement. It seemed as if maybe the kitchen had flooded at some point when the previous owner lived in the house and the wood was never treated. Should that wood have been ignored much longer, I probably would have been completely replacing it. Home Paramount basically saved me thousands of dollars, if not more, by catching this. Realize that the first initial treatment, depending on what is done, is going to be more than the quarterly $90-$100 charge. But it was all worth it in my opinion. Most of the time, the guys are punctual and will show up within the 2-hour scheduled window. They've only been late once so far; which was for a valid reason - company truck broke down, after a mechanic stated he had fixed it. I received a call from the office let me know what was going on, which I appreciated very much!

He was very personable and down to earth. He came out to see if we had termites and determined that there was no termite infestation. The charge for his service was minimal.

They were very quick and responsive to my concerns. They actually came back the next day to make some adjustments that I requested.

I like them. They are good. They have always been accommodating. I have had no issues with them.
