Mr. Handyman of Martinsburg and Charles Town

The workmanship was very good. The only problem was scheduling. The first serviceman had to stop power washing due to high winds. The followup was delayed twice because of conflicts with jobs at other sites. It took several phone calls back and forth with the office to have a serviceman return to finish the job. The technician who finished the task did a quick and efficient job and was very personable.

Tim and Victor were extremely nice and helpful. Victor was able to purchase extra supplies needed while Tim was working on other projects within the home so that the work was completed within the estimated time frame. After a week I have discovered that the ceiling fan installed by Tim was done incorrectly. He did not add the extra support needed and did not change the electrical box to the one needed for a ceiling fan. The fan would have eventually fallen. Once I reported the problem to the company, Victor (owner) came down the next day to install the proper electrical box and rehang the fan. He also checked the other work completed by Tim. Everything is now OK.

Hired Mr. Handyman to clean my gutters and install a leafless system. They were able to schedule within the same week I called. The job was done quickly and correctly. The price was excellent too!

Responded very quickly to our need for service

Had them replace closet doors (3) and replace shower faucets (2) and bathroom faucets (2) and kitchen faucet(1). Also replaced toilet in master bathroom. Had a minor leak from the master bath faucet, they came back and repaired.

He arrived on time, understood the project and I explained it, had all his tools available, did a good job, cleaned up his mess, and was always kind and cordial.

It took him 4 hours to power wash a 1900 sqft. house and lay a solution on the roof. There were spots where there was spider poop on the vinyl siding where he kept washing over it, but it needed to be scrubbed. It never came off. The last company a couple of years ago got it off for almost half the price.

He showed up on time and job done as expected.

I expected checking of downspout for flow. The cleaning involved hand removal of matertial and rinse with hose.

Handyman Lee worked in a timely manner and was competent. He paid attention to my needs and requirements and pleasant to work with.

Mr. Handyman installed a farmer's sink. It was not an easy task. It even required him removing our existing Silestone countertop in order to take it outside to cut it so the sink would fit! It required some real creative thinking "outside the box" in order to add the sink. But it looks beautiful, and we are very pleased with the results!
