Very costly for the service preformed

They were careful with my stuff, professional, listened to my requests and answered all my questions.

I am disabled and find it extremely difficult to do even the very simple jobs. The gentleman who came to the house was outstanding. He knew exactly what I needed to have done and he went about the job. He understood that I was disabled and went to work without disturbing my rest. I would highly recommend Handyman. They are the best!

The company worked very hard to work to my busy schedule, even though it was a little outside of their standard day. It turns out the fix was super simple, the Handyman didn't ask to be paid (but of course I gave him a tip). Incredibly nice, well organized, skilled, and good hearted people. Will use again!

I got a call about 45 minutes in advance following up on the specific time the tech would be arriving. The tech arrived at the exact time stated. The tech was courteous and thorough. Our vinyl siding looks like new!

The work completed was fine, I was just expecting that it would be an all encompassing job; where they would thoroughly clean up after themselves. I know the place was messy, but I didn't need more of a mess to clean up. The job was done well better and faster than I could have committed to it.. The handyman takes no notes, just spots yeah we could that and leaves, but no report back. i finally make a list in detail and e-mail, but no report back. This being my first time working with a contractor and my first home, the experience did live up to my expectations and it cost me a little bit more than I thought it would. Customer Service was fine, I just had higher expectations and it was really hard to coordinate with the available times of the handymen. Silly of me to think I would get priority in any of these dealings. Felt like a second hand customers begging for attention. I guess I should be grateful. I paid for a day of service, 8 hours over the course of three weeks. Homeownership doesn't feel all that grand any longer and I'm not looking forward to working with another contractor from Home Advisors. They may be certified but I bet word of mouth has a much better value.

The handyman did not come within the prescribed time. He arrived an hour late and because it was so late in the day, he could not complete all the work. Plus we aren't sure he did some of the painting he was supposed to do.

Efficient, friendly and professional gentleman. My deck looks brand new which I never thought was possible. He also answered questions and assisted me with an upcoming project. I will definitely use this company again when I complete the other project.
