The guys got it all done well and didn’t mind explaining what they were doing and giving us best direction for the valve problem. The bill was about $100 less than I thought it would be. We will have them back when we are ready to replace two more toilets and 3 faucets and valves. The owner also was key in giving us toilet brand advice which we followed after some internet research to confirm it.

Called them and discussed problem. They quoted price and scheduled appointment. Day of appointment they came, they installed new water softener, they left. The only item(s) left behind was new water softener, not a bit of trash can be found. The installers appeared knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Have used this company previously.

Great from start to finish. Office staff pleasant and responsive - called on a Saturday afternoon and someone actually answered the phone! Got a call in advance of the scheduled appointment to let me know they were on their way and let me know the guys' names. CJ and Carl were professional and efficient. They solved a problem with my water softener that a plumber from another business had completely overlooked. They also saved me from a flooded garage! They were kind and patient to explain what I need to do from now on since I'm totally ignorant about water softeners and any kind of plumbing for that matter. Have already recommended this fine business to a friend and will use them in the future. Thanks!

I believe Nick performed the estimate. I thought the estimate was a little high. Home Depot sold me a defective product which would have caused further water damage. Their crew showed up on time, removed the old shower. Installed the 3-piece unit, hooked up the plumbing, They pointed out two problems: 1. the shower head was mounted too low; and 2. the drain was not aligned properly. I am satisfied this was remediated. Caulked shower seams which have since peeled away and are now exposed. I will have to re-caulk these areas. Also noticed that I was getting some leaking at the base of the shower door corner.

When you need to replace a water heater it is normally an emergency. Working with All About Plumbing they understood this and responded quickly. We picked the right company!

I communicated with the provider via Angie's List message center and gave 3 days and times that I could be available. I received a response of the day and time the provider could do the job. I took a day off work specifically for the project, and he was a no-show. Upon a phone call to the provider, it was stated that my project was not on the schedule. At that time, it was suggested that I should have followed up with a phone call. No where on Angie's List message center does it state that further communication should be done via telephone. Another appointment was made for the next day or so with a 2-hour block of time given for arrival. He arrived approximately 10 mins toward the end of that time frame; more waiting time. The laundry sink was installed without issue, but the kitchen faucet had a leak and the provider had to be recalled to fix it. Again, it was insinuated that the confusion of the missed appointment could have been remedied had I emailed their direct email or called the office. For my time and trouble, an additional 10% was taken off the labor charge, which amounted to about my time taking a whole day off my work and waiting for him to arrive was worth about $10, maybe $11. This is the second time I have used this provider and gave a good review the first time, even though I had a leak that time, which I fixed myself, but also had to call back to readjust the hot water temperature in my bathtub shower. I will not use this provider again.
