Replaced copper line and faucet that busted from this winter. They were complete within 30 minutes. Very professional and did a great job.

Since I work in DC, it was pretty much a foregone conclusion I had to have our out-of-commission water heater repaired on a Saturday. The fellow answered the phone promptly and even offered a step I could take as a homeowner to hopefully avoid a service call. Sadly, in this day and age, that was unexpected. Unfortunately, that didn't work and I needed someone to come out. He was forthright about the overtime charge for Saturday work, but as I said, I had to do it. It took a little bit for me to get a call back telling me the technician was on his way, but a) he had to find a baby sitter (his boss ended up doing it...yay boss!) and b) he got here and fixed the issue by noon. The technician was very courteous, professional and did not dawdle. Lastly, given the work done and it being a weekend, I'd say the charges were very fair.

This was a difficult task, given the position of the water pressure tank. But within a very short time, they had it figured out. They took the water pressure tank down to the 1" coupling, removed & replaced it before putting it all back together again. They even showed me the old coupling, complete with the hole that caused the leak. These guys really know what they're doing! Great job.

Discovered a significant water leak due to cold weather mid-day. Called and was told they could be out between 4 and 6 pm after current call. Showed at 4:30 and repaired pipe quickly. Process involved removing heat tape and pipe insulation. After repair reinstalled all neatly.

I called and they came when they said they would. They did the work in an efficient manner. I was really pleased, have used them before and will use them again. |

They arrived on time and went right to work. My kitchen has wood floors so they covered the floor in front of the sink so as not to have anything mar it or splash gunk on it. They worked quickly and efficiently and for what I felt was a reasonable price. I would call them again.

When I called to schedule the appointment they gave me a window from 1pm to 3pm this afternoon. They were on time, very professional and spoke in a very matter-of-fact way. When asked for a price quote they were very up front about what the cost would be for the suspected issue and what it would be if they needed to do more than what they suspected. They did not try to upsell any unnecessary services or products. I appreciated the fact that they showed me the old elements and thermostats that were being replaced. I also was grateful that they let me ask several questions and did not seem the least irritated. There was no mess left behind when the work was completed. The cost ended up being under the price quote and we could not be happier with the result. And even though this may be standard in the industry, they also said that all parts replaced and the labor was under warranty for one year from the date the work was performed. We will definitely recommend All About Plumbing to anyone that needs this type of service!

All About Plumbing is one of those rare companies that does what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it. They were polite, too. They're my first call for plumbing work. It's good to have a reliable company for something.

My well is 430 feet deep. To ascertain what the issue was - all that piping had to be pulled from the well. Luckily for me - it was a wiring issue, which was repaired. The pump issue started on a Saturday and I had called another plumber ( from Angie's list) who indeed called me back on the Saturday and promised to be there Monday a.m. - which never happened. So All About Plumbing came to the rescue. I thought that their rates were extremely reasonable. I would certainly call them for any future plumbing issues.

He has come out and helped me many times. He has even come out on a Sunday and not charged me! He is incredible. He is great to all people in my neighborhood. I have been using him since I moved into my house about 3 years ago. He has been fantastic! I won’t use anyone else!

2 workers arrived on time. Performed all tasks within two hours. Friendly but focused on work. I wasn't sure if the old disposal, that developed a leak a day prior, could be repaired, but it had to be replaced. They had a comparable unit in their truck and installed it. They cleaned everything up and left. I used the disposal for the first time about 9 days later, on a Sunday - it ran for about 4 seconds and stopped dead. I called back on Monday, went through some trouble-shooting on the phone, but it was ineffective. The same two workers came out that afternoon; it turned out that a contact connection jiggled loose when the disposal was first used, so connection was lost. They reconnected it and tested it numerous times. They apologized profusely; there was no charge for the service call. I used this company before about 18 months ago to replace a hot water heater, and would do so again. Highly recommended, despite slightly higher prices (you get what you pay for).

His name was Nick Moberly. He was pretty cut and dry. It was a verbal quote. He was timely in getting back to me. There was no BS. He was in the price range I wanted. I got 3 quotes. He didn't actually see the project and my hunch is that once he saw it, the price would go up.

Never returned messages or email. I feel like other users should at least know of this potential stress added to what is, more than likely, an already stressful time for them.

Nick and CJ (owner) arrived on time replaced the above items and were very personable and professional will definitely refer to other have been very pleased with their work.

I was so happy. I had a new faucet installed and fixed some other plumbing. They were very pleasurable to work with and did a great job.

I had a horrible experience. He charged me multiple times for the same repair. I am trying to decide, if I will take them to court. He threatened me and he is horrible. He was demanding payment for something I had already paid him to do that did not work. The tenant will testify against him court. In my opinion, he does not deserve to be in business.

It went well. Both men were professional and prompt. Nick thought there might be an additional problem at the well. He met the well person the next day just to make sure everything was done right and did not charge me.

My call to them prompted this review. Especially their honesty.

I had originally called on Friday March 29 them to see about how much it would cost to get a hot water heater replaced. They quoted at about $300 and I said that was fine and I had them come out on April 1st. The guy came out right on time at 9 in the morning. He would be replacing an old 66 gal tank with a massive plastic 105 gal tank. He wasted no time and disconnected the old heater. I had already turned off the power and drained the heater before he showed up to save on time and labor. He quickly put the new tank in place and commenced to cutting and reconnecting the pipes since the size of the tank was so different. After everything was done and setup he gave me the bill and it came in $100 less than I expected. All in all I am extremely happy and will be sure to call them if I ever need a plumber again.

Nick and his associated were very prompt, did a very professional job for a good price. They explained what the problems were & hoe they fixed them which we like.

Very professional service and work. This was a complex job, and they did it all neatly and with efficiency. They saved me money - it cost less to have them install the appliances than the price quoted from the "big box" store where I purchased them.
